Start at Ledger’s official Support center to find help for Ledger Wallet, crypto assets, or an order. Ledger’s published contact route is online chat: describe the issue to its chatbot, then ask for a human agent if needed and available. Ledger does not provide telephone support, and no legitimate support contact should ask for your 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase.
How do I contact Ledger support?
Use Ledger’s official Support center rather than a phone number, search ad, or unsolicited social-media message. Search for your issue or choose the relevant help area for Ledger Wallet, an asset, or orders and shipping. Starting from Ledger’s own site helps you avoid lookalike support pages.
Before opening chat, prepare your Ledger device model, the coin or token and network involved, a plain-language description of the problem, and the steps you have already tried. Do not include your recovery phrase, PIN, password, or other credentials.
What are the seven ways to get help or information?
1. Search the official Support center
Go to support.ledger.com and search for the problem or select the matching Ledger Wallet, asset, or order/shipping topic. This is the safest starting point for a specific issue and leads into Ledger’s own help material and contact options.

2. Start with the support chat widget
Open the contact chat from Ledger’s official support site and explain what is happening. The chatbot may request details to narrow down the issue. Share only information needed to describe the problem; never type the Secret Recovery Phrase or credentials into chat.
3. Ask for a human agent in chat
If the chatbot does not resolve the issue, request a human agent through the live chat flow. Ledger says an agent can join when available, so a handoff is not guaranteed immediately. The exact interface wording may vary; follow the current English chat prompts rather than relying on a command quoted from another language version of Ledger’s contact page.

4. Use email only through Ledger’s official contact flow
Ledger’s contact guidance describes sharing issue details by email or chat when an agent is available, but it does not provide a public support email address. Follow the email option, if offered, from the official contact flow. Do not assume an address found elsewhere or in an unsolicited message is genuine.
5. Check Ledger’s official Support account on X
Ledger lists its Support account on X among its official channels. Use it to verify announcements and find guidance, but do not assume that a public post or direct message is a private case-support ticket. 6. Look for public guidance on Ledger’s official YouTube channel
Ledger identifies its YouTube channel as official and has described public Ask Us Anything events. These are information sessions, not a guaranteed way to get personal case handling. The schedule page last updated May 13, 2026 lists no U.S.-based sessions in its U.S. table and warns that schedules can change, so check Ledger’s current announcements rather than planning around a session that may no longer be listed.
7. Use Ledger’s official Discord/community channel cautiously
Ledger lists an official Discord channel. Follow the Discord link from Ledger’s own channel page rather than a link sent by a stranger. Community discussion may help with general information, but it is not confirmed as a private support-ticket route; ignore unsolicited direct messages and never disclose wallet secrets.

Does Ledger have a support phone number?
No. Ledger’s contact guidance says it does not provide telephone support. Treat a call claiming to be from Ledger Support, or a phone number presented as a way to reach its experts, as suspicious. Go directly to Ledger’s official Support center instead.

Is this Ledger Support account real?
Check whether Ledger itself lists the account or channel on its official properties, including its official channels page. A familiar logo, display name, or claim of affiliation is not proof. Use social and community channels for verified announcements or public guidance, not as a reason to trust an unsolicited message or share private wallet information.
Will Ledger support ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Ledger states: “Requests for your 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase are always scams.” Never tell the phrase to anyone, including someone claiming to be a support agent, and never enter it into an app, website, form, screenshot, or chat. If a contact asks for it, stop communicating and return to Ledger’s official Support center.
