For an easier Christmas dinner, build the meal around a Costco centerpiece, then add a ready-to-serve appetizer and dessert. Costco’s U.S. listings include prepared ham, prime rib and turkey meals, plus holiday-party foods; the examples below are options to check, not a promise of local stock or 2026 availability. Compare serving counts, included sides and cooking work before you shop.
Prepared dinner kits that cover the main course and sides
1. Rastelli’s Carver Ham Meal
Costco lists this fully cooked smoked ham dinner for eight. It includes glaze, stuffing, creamed spinach, scalloped potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and the product page provides heating directions. It is the clearest low-effort choice here: heat the meal according to the live listing and packaging rather than planning a separate menu of sides. Costco’s Carver Ham Meal listing
2. Rastelli’s Prime Rib Dinner
This dinner is listed for eight to ten and includes a five-pound raw roast, compound butter, creamed spinach, scalloped potatoes and green beans almondine. Unlike the fully cooked ham, the roast needs cooking, so allow time to follow its roasting instructions. Costco’s prime rib dinner listing
3. Rastelli’s Turkey Breast Dinner
Costco describes this as a ready-to-roast, five-pound turkey breast meal for eight to ten. It offers a turkey option with a stated meal-size estimate, but check the current listing to see exactly which sides are included before counting it as a complete dinner kit. 4. D’Artagnan roasting ham and charcuterie gift box
Costco’s prepared holiday meal collection has listed a 12.5-pound, 13-piece box. Treat it as a possible ham-centered option, not a confirmed complete dinner: check the current product page for its contents, preparation needs and serving guidance. Costco’s prepared holiday meal collection
5. Rastelli’s Black Angus prime rib roast
A separate roast appears in Costco’s holiday feast collection. This is a centerpiece to build around, rather than a meal kit with an established set of sides. Check the live listing for size, instructions and availability, then plan accompaniments separately. Costco’s holiday feast collection
6. Rastelli’s filet mignon and lobster tails
The holiday feast collection also includes a filet mignon and lobster-tail surf-and-turf pack, a more premium alternative to ham, turkey or a single roast. Verify the current package count and contents before deciding whether it fits your guest list. Costco’s holiday feast collection
7. Texas Tamale Co. pork tamales
Costco’s prepared holiday meal collection lists a 72-count tamale product. It can anchor a less traditional holiday menu, but the count alone does not establish how many guests it serves; check the package and consider what else you will offer. Costco’s prepared holiday meal collection

8. Ready-to-eat charcuterie board
Costco’s holiday collections include a Luxe Bites sweet-and-savory board. Use it as an appetizer or grazing option before dinner, not as the main course. Check the current product page for package contents and serving details. Costco’s prepared holiday meal collection and Costco’s holiday party collection
9. Cookies or cake
The holiday party collection has listed cookie packs and cakes, including David’s Cookies products. Choose a current listing that suits your guest count and verify its size and servings; those details can vary by item. Costco’s holiday party collection
10. Cannoli or another ready-to-serve pastry
A 24-cannoli package has appeared in the same collection, offering a dessert that does not require baking. Confirm that it is currently listed and check storage and serving instructions on the package. Costco’s holiday party collection
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to choose the right combination
- Start with the guest count. Use the listing’s serving estimate as a planning guide, and check the package details for your group rather than assuming every centerpiece feeds the same number.
- See what the kit actually includes. The ham dinner lists four sides; the prime rib dinner names its sides; the turkey listing describes a meal but should be checked for its current included items.
- Match the cooking time to your plans. Costco describes the ham as fully cooked and provides heating directions. The prime rib is raw and requires roasting; the turkey breast is ready to roast.
- Fill gaps deliberately. If a centerpiece is a roast rather than a dinner kit, plan sides. Add a charcuterie board for pre-dinner grazing and a ready-made dessert if you want to avoid extra recipes.
- Verify the local listing. These are U.S. Costco collection and product listings, not evidence that every warehouse carries each item or that it will be available for Christmas 2026. Check your current warehouse or online listing for stock, delivery options and timing.
