Banana Republic Factory is advertising a U.S. fall promotion of 50% off everything plus an extra 20% off, but the offer has exclusions and the listed dates are October 5–12, 2026. The available deal evidence does not verify ten current products or a $7 starting price, so this roundup cannot responsibly present ten confirmed picks. Check an item’s live product page and cart before relying on a price.
What the fall promotion offers
The official U.S. storefront displays “50% OFF EVERYTHING” plus “Extra 20% Off.” The reported promotion period is October 5 at 12:01 a.m. PT through October 12 at 11:59 p.m. PT, in the United States, including Puerto Rico. The offer is subject to exclusions; check the official Banana Republic Factory storefront and its live terms for current eligibility before buying. [c001] [c003]
Third-party terms list exclusions including leather and suede accessories and shoes, sale items, men’s shoes, gift cards, featured deals, fragrance, First Looks, The Find, and packaging and shipping. Because exclusions and promotion terms can change, do not assume the headline discount applies to a particular item.
What prices have been reported
DealNews reports a linen-blend notch T-shirt for $6 and a striped poplin shirt for $19 among men’s clearance examples. Its report describes a separate extra 50% off already reduced men’s clearance prices; these examples should not be treated as qualifying for the separate 50%-plus-20% promotion. Confirm the current listing and checkout price before using either figure. DealNews also says clearance purchases are final sale, but check the terms on the specific listing. [c002]
#1 Best Overall
A $5.99 shirt offer appears in an archive marked expired, so it is not evidence of a current deal. The available reporting does not verify a current item priced at $7 or a set of ten live offers. [c004]
How to check the real checkout price
- Open the live product listing and confirm that the item is available in the size and color you want.
- Check whether the item is clearance or otherwise excluded, and read its return or final-sale terms.
- Add it to your cart and confirm the promotion is applied. Do not calculate an extra discount yourself unless the displayed terms and cart confirm that it stacks.
- Review shipping eligibility and the final order total before placing the order.
For a useful comparison, record each item’s checkout price, size and color availability, material or category, return status, and shipping eligibility. Those details are not established for a verified ten-item selection in the available deal reports.

Why the headline discount does not establish the deal price
“50% off” plus “extra 20% off” does not by itself establish an item’s final price: eligibility, clearance pricing, and checkout application matter. The reported men’s clearance examples use a distinct discount mechanic, while the expired archive price is not current evidence. Treat the cart total—not a headline, archived offer, or assumed calculation—as the price to evaluate.
