What Amazon said sold well
In a December 3, 2024 retrospective, Amazon called its November 21–December 2 event its biggest Thanksgiving holiday shopping event ever compared with the same 12-day period ending on Cyber Monday in prior years. The surfaced statement supplied no sales total or item count, so “biggest” should be read as Amazon’s own comparative claim, not as a quantified independent ranking. Amazon named Electronics, Toys, and Beauty among U.S. best-selling categories and listed Beats headphones and earbuds, Samsung TVs, Barbie, Play-Doh, Shark vacuums and air purifiers, and Medicube products among popular products. For budgeting or price research, treat each number as a dated historical reference. Compare the exact model and configuration, not just the product family: storage capacity, generation, and included features can change what a listing is worth. The roundup records selected listings and their displayed prices; it does not establish product quality, a price-history trend, or whether a deal was the lowest available.
