NCRTC’s 2025 recruitment drive advertised 72 Operations and Maintenance vacancies across nine job categories. The reported application deadline was April 24, 2025, so applications for this drive are no longer open. The available official recruitment-page information does not establish whether Vacancy Notice O&M-13/2025 was completed, cancelled, or otherwise concluded.

What was the NCRTC 2025 recruitment drive?

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) invited online applications for direct recruitment to Operations and Maintenance posts. Scroll reported the vacancies, deadline, fee details, and selection stages on March 28, 2025; a later Scroll report on April 24 confirmed that date as the closing day. These are details of the historical notice, not an open recruitment round. Scroll’s March 28, 2025 report and its April 24 report covered the drive.

Which posts and vacancy counts were reported?

The reported post-wise distribution was:

Post Reported vacancies
Junior Engineer (Electrical) 16
Junior Engineer (Electronics) 16
Junior Engineer (Mechanical) 3
Junior Engineer (Civil) 1
Programming Associate 4
Assistant (HR) 3
Assistant (Corporate Hospitality) 1
Junior Maintainer (Electrical) 18
Junior Maintainer (Mechanical) 10
Total 72

These counts were reported by Scroll for Vacancy Notice O&M-13/2025. The available sources do not provide enough primary-notice detail to reliably set out qualifications, age limits, reservation rules, or post-wise eligibility. Applicants checking the notice should use NCRTC’s official recruitment site for those requirements rather than infer eligibility from the job titles.

What was the application deadline and fee?

The reported last date to apply was April 24, 2025. It has passed. Scroll reported an application fee of ₹1,000 for UR, OBC, EWS, and Ex-Servicemen candidates, with SC, ST, and PwBD candidates exempt. Those fee categories apply only to the historical 2025 notice and should not be assumed to apply to another NCRTC recruitment.

How was selection expected to work?

Scroll reported that selection involved a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by a medical fitness test under prescribed standards. The CBT was described as tentatively scheduled for May 2025. “Tentatively” was a projected timing, not confirmation that the examination took place that month; the available official-page information does not verify the test date or outcome.

Has NCRTC announced the final status or result?

The official NCRTC recruitment page is the source to check for authentic vacancy notices and updates, but the available page information does not establish the final status or result of O&M-13/2025. It would therefore be inaccurate to say the drive was cancelled, completed, or that a result was declared without a notice confirming it. Check the NCRTC recruitment page for an official update.

How to avoid fake NCRTC recruitment messages

NCRTC warns candidates about fake recruitment notices and people or messages demanding money. It says the applicable application fee is the exception to its statement that it does not ask for money during recruitment. Verify notices through NCRTC’s website and do not pay an individual or an unofficial intermediary. A fee amount reported for one past notice is not proof that a payment request for another drive is genuine.
