It is the house associated in 2022–2023 coverage with HBO’s Entourage, not Wahlberg’s separate Beverly Park mega-mansion.
What was the ‘Entourage’ mansion?
The property was identified as 9694 Oak Pass Road, Beverly Hills, California. Dwell’s 2023 listing-era feature reported 13,962 square feet, seven bedrooms, 12 baths and a 1.70-acre lot, alongside a $28.5 million asking price. Those are figures reported for that listing period, not a statement of the home’s present status. Dwell’s property feature gives the larger set of figures.
Published descriptions do not agree on the home’s dimensions and room count. Boston.com’s December 2022 coverage described it as about 13,000 square feet, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Boston.com’s report and Dwell’s later listing-era figures should therefore be attributed to their respective outlets rather than treated as a single verified specification.
What did the property include?
Dwell’s account described an estate designed around recreation and entertaining, with a main house and several substantial amenities:

- A separate 3,000-square-foot gym.
- Sports courts and a putting green.

Yes—as an asking price reported in the late-2022 listing period and in Dwell’s 2023 feature. It should not be described as the home’s sale price. Realtor.com later reported a $21.8 million asking price in September 2025, a lower subsequent list figure, not proof of a completed transaction. Realtor.com’s 2025 report gives that later asking price.

How is it different from Wahlberg’s Beverly Park mansion?
Wahlberg also owned a much larger estate in Beverly Park, a separate property from the Oak Pass Road house. The Los Angeles Times reported that the 30,500-square-foot Beverly Park mega-mansion sold for $55 million in 2023. Coverage in 2022 and 2023 associated the Oak Pass home with HBO’s Entourage, the series inspired by aspects of Wahlberg’s life. The available property reporting does not establish which scenes, if any, were filmed at this specific address, so the connection is best described as the home being identified in coverage as the show’s mansion rather than as a verified scene-by-scene filming location.
