Is Nintendo Switch 2 in stock on Amazon UK?
Stock can change quickly, and the latest cited Amazon price is a dated report rather than a live availability check. TechRadar reported on 5 October 2026 that Amazon UK listed the Nintendo Switch 2 console for £354.99, reduced from £419.99—a £65, or 15%, reduction during Prime Big Deal Days. TechRadar described it as Amazon’s lowest price to that date; that does not establish today’s price or stock. See TechRadar’s dated deal report.

Check the listing before you buy
- Open the Amazon UK listing for the Nintendo Switch 2 console, and confirm the product is the console configuration you want.
- Check that the page offers an add-to-basket or buy option. A listing page or a price shown in a search result is not proof that it can be ordered.
- Read the seller identity and delivery estimate on the live page. Do not assume a third-party seller, delivery date or fulfilment arrangement is the same as Amazon’s.
- Review the final checkout total, including delivery and any applicable charges, before placing the order. The checkout price—not an older deal headline—is the amount to compare.
If the console cannot be added to your basket, or the seller and delivery terms do not suit you, compare other UK retailers rather than relying on the dated report.
How much should you expect to pay?
The available price observations are snapshots, not live quotes. TechRadar reported £354.99 on Amazon UK on 5 October 2026, versus £419.99, during Prime Big Deal Days. Nintendo Life’s retailer guide listed £354.99 for Amazon UK, Smyths Toys and Argos when it was crawled; the guide does not establish that those prices remain available. Which? reported that its price tracking showed a £354.99 lowest price in the preceding six months and a £420 average over that period in 2026. Those are Which?’s tracked figures, not manufacturer prices or a promise about what a retailer will charge now. Read Which?’s Switch 2 coverage.
Compare the price for the same configuration, and check whether delivery, seller and arrival timing differ. A low headline price is useful only if the listing is live and its terms work for you.

Should you buy the console alone or a bundle?
Start by checking what the bundle actually includes and whether you would buy those extras separately. Which? advises comparing a bundle’s total with separate purchases because some bundles do not save much. Which?’s comparison guidance is a useful reminder not to treat a discount label as proof of better value.
- Console-only: The standard package listed by Nintendo UK includes the console, Joy-Con 2 left and right controllers, two straps, dock, Joy-Con 2 grip, AC adapter, Ultra High Speed HDMI cable and information leaflet. - Game or accessory bundle: Check the exact contents and compare the live bundle price with the console plus the same game or accessory bought separately. Nintendo Store has listed configurations with games, a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, or Samsung/SanDisk microSD Express cards, but its listing’s prices and stock are volatile. Check Nintendo Store’s UK listing.
Nintendo UK announced several future bundle options on 16 September 2026. The Nintendo Switch 2 + Nintendo Switch Sports Resort bundle is scheduled for 22 October 2026 and includes the console, a full game download and a download code for an individual three-month Nintendo Switch Online membership. The Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle is scheduled for 29 October 2026 and includes the console, a full game download and an individual three-month membership download code. Nintendo also announced a Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition for 29 October 2026, described as featuring Triforce motifs on the console and including the console, dock and Joy-Con 2 controllers. Nintendo Life’s guide listed Amazon UK, Smyths Toys and Argos at £354.99 when crawled, and TechRadar reported the same dated price at John Lewis as well as Amazon. These reports are comparison leads, not confirmation of current stock or price. Check each retailer’s live product page for the seller, final total and delivery estimate before deciding.
