Did Levi Strauss raise its sales outlook?
Yes. In the July 8 release, Levi Strauss raised its full-year 2026 revenue-growth guidance. The ranges below are company forecasts, not actual results.

What the company disclosed about tariff payments and refunds
Levi Strauss estimated that it had paid approximately $80 million under tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) by May 31, 2026. In its Form 10-Q for the quarter, the company said it could not conclude that recovery was probable for potential refunds beyond those eligible for the first phase of submissions. Are tariff refunds included in the earnings outlook?
The available July 8 results release and May 31 Form 10-Q do not show that tariff refunds caused Levi Strauss to raise profit guidance. The filing instead says that potential recovery beyond the first phase remained uncertain and that no later-phase refund asset had been recognized as of May 31. The release’s higher revenue-growth guidance is documented; a refund-driven increase in profit guidance is not established by these materials. This distinction matters because a possible future recovery is not the same as a refund already received or an asset recognized in the accounts.

The latest official results located for this account are dated July 8, 2026, and cover the quarter ended May 31. They support a raised full-year revenue-growth outlook, but not the claim that Levi Strauss raised profit guidance because of tariff refunds or that its sales outlook became less optimistic. A later company announcement could change the picture; these dated disclosures alone cannot establish whether one did.
