Yes—Amazon says products in its Haul storefront are priced at $20 and under. But that is a per-item merchandise limit, not a promise that your whole order will cost less than $20. In the U.S., orders below $25 incur a $3.99 delivery fee, and tax may apply. Haul is a separate low-price shopping experience within Amazon, not a filter that makes everything on Amazon.com cost less than $20.
What Amazon Haul is—and what it is not
Amazon Haul is a dedicated shopping experience for low-priced products, launched in the U.S. in November 2024. It has its own product discovery, search, cart and checkout, with goods across fashion, home, kitchen, lifestyle, electronics, beauty, toys and related categories. Amazon describes Haul merchandise as $20 and under. That makes Haul a distinct storefront, not a sitewide price cap on Amazon’s regular catalog. Amazon’s launch announcement and its current Haul overview explain the service.

Amazon says the Haul cart can sync with the regular Amazon.com cart. The shopping experience and fulfillment terms are still distinct enough that you should check the delivery estimate and order terms shown for Haul products rather than assuming the normal Prime experience applies. Amazon’s June 2026 Haul announcement describes the cart sync and current storefront.
How the $20 limit works
Amazon’s wording is “$20 and under,” so an item priced exactly $20 may qualify; “under $20” is not quite precise if read as strictly less than $20. The limit applies to the listed price of each Haul item. It does not cap the subtotal when you buy multiple items, or the final amount after delivery fees and tax.

- Amazon.com Gift Cards never expire and carry no fees.
- Multiple gift card designs and denominations to choose from.
- Redeemable towards millions of items store-wide at Amazon.com or certain affiliated websites.
- Available for immediate delivery. Gift cards sent by email can be scheduled up to a year in advance.
- No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.
- Item price: Each item offered in Haul is listed at $20 or less.
- Order subtotal: Buying multiple eligible items can take the merchandise total above $20.
- Delivery and tax: U.S. delivery fees and applicable sales tax can raise the amount paid at checkout.
- Discounts: Any promotion that applies is subject to the terms displayed at checkout.
For a U.S. order, calculate the delivered cost as: item subtotal + delivery fee + tax − applicable discounts. A single $4 item, for example, may have a $3.99 delivery fee before tax if the order stays below $25.
What products and prices to expect
Haul listings span apparel and accessories, jewelry, home and garden, kitchen and organization, electronics accessories, beauty and personal care, toys and other low-cost goods. Amazon’s examples have included phone cases, belts, gloves, jewelry sets, kitchen tongs, table runners and grooming accessories. Those examples describe the range, not permanent inventory: listings and prices can change.

Amazon says most Haul items cost less than $10. It reported more than one million items under $10 in November 2025, then described the U.S. selection as having millions of items under $10 in June 2026. These are dated company claims about a changing catalog, not a guarantee about what will be available when you shop. Promotional prices around $1 or less may appear during sales, but should not be treated as everyday prices. See Amazon’s November 2025 announcement and its June 2026 Prime Day material.
How to find Haul in the U.S.
- Open the Amazon Shopping app and search for Haul.
- Alternatively, open Haul from the app’s main menu. Menu placement and labels can vary by app version and account location.
- On desktop, visit amazon.com/haul.
- Check the item listing and checkout for the delivery date, shipping charge, return eligibility and any current promotion before placing an order.
Amazon says Haul is available on mobile and desktop in the U.S. Availability can differ by country, account location, app version, product and seller. Amazon has expanded the service internationally; some markets use the Bazaar name or a separate Bazaar app. The Amazon Bazaar announcement describes that separate experience. U.S. delivery fees, thresholds and return terms should not be assumed to apply elsewhere.

Shipping, delivery time and Prime
For U.S. Haul orders, Amazon says orders of $25 or more qualify for free delivery; orders below $25 have a $3.99 delivery fee. Amazon describes typical delivery as one to two weeks, or two weeks or less in its newer wording. Treat that as an estimate and use the arrival date shown for your specific order. A low-priced product may not be a good choice if you need it soon.
Prime membership should not be treated as a guarantee of ordinary Prime speed or free delivery on Haul. Haul has its own low-price delivery model, and Amazon’s published U.S. terms emphasize the $25 free-delivery threshold. Check the listing and checkout rather than relying on Prime expectations.

Reaching $25 can remove the delivery fee, but adding products you do not need may cost more than paying $3.99. Compare the fee with the actual cost and usefulness of any add-ons. Amazon also advertises a 5% discount on Haul orders of $50 or more and a 10% discount on orders of $75 or more; eligibility and current terms should be confirmed at checkout. These order totals can exceed the per-item $20 limit without contradicting it.

Amazon says eligible U.S. Haul purchases over $3 qualify for free returns requested within 15 days of delivery. Its published material does not make fully clear whether the $3 threshold is measured per item, per order or another way, so check the return terms shown for the particular product and in your order. Amazon lists U.S. drop-off options including Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market, UPS, Kohl’s and Staples, and says it has more than 8,000 U.S. drop-off locations. See the Haul terms from Amazon for its published details.

Amazon says Haul purchases are covered by its A-to-z Guarantee, including problems such as an item arriving damaged, defective or not as described. It also says it screens products offered by sellers for safety, authenticity and regulatory compliance. A guarantee and screening process are protections—not proof that every listing is durable, suitable or safe for a particular use. Read the item’s stated materials, dimensions, compatibility information and seller details, and keep the return deadline in mind.
When Haul makes sense—and when to look elsewhere
Haul may suit these purchases
- Non-urgent, simple items that are easy to assess from the listing, such as decorative accessories or basic organizers.
- Low-cost goods where a modest price matters more than premium materials, brand support or long-term durability.
- Orders that reach the free-delivery threshold with items you already intended to buy.
Compare with regular Amazon or another retailer when
- You need the item quickly or have a firm deadline. Check the specific delivery promise; Haul’s typical window can be one to two weeks.
- You need dependable warranty support, a recognizable brand, precise sizing or a product expected to last through heavy use.
- The product is safety-sensitive or electrically complex. Scrutinize chargers, adapters, batteries, children’s products, cosmetics, food-contact kitchenware, health-related products, protective equipment, and items used around heat, water or vehicles.
- You would rather pay more for local pickup, faster delivery or clearer access to a familiar retailer’s support.
For products with safety or performance consequences, do not use a low price or the A-to-z Guarantee as a substitute for checking relevant specifications, certifications and compatibility. Official Amazon material establishes the price model and stated protections, but does not establish uniform quality, lifespan or materials across Haul listings.
How Haul compares with other discount marketplaces
Haul is one option among low-price marketplaces, not automatically the cheapest or best fit for every purchase. Compare the delivered price, promised arrival date, seller information, product details and return terms for the exact item. Temu and AliExpress offer broad low-cost marketplaces; SHEIN is especially relevant to apparel, accessories and home goods; Walmart may be preferable when local pickup, familiar brands or routine household availability matter. Their current prices and policies vary, so compare live terms rather than assuming one retailer always wins.
Official sites: Temu, SHEIN, Walmart and AliExpress.
