What is Sprinter vodka soda?
Sprinter launched in 2024 as a ready-to-drink vodka soda brand founded by Kylie Jenner. Brand and launch materials describe the drink as premium vodka, sparkling water and real fruit juice. KLG Public Relations named Chandra Richter as Head of Product Development and Supply Chain, describing her as a beverage development expert with more than 20 years of experience and a PhD in molecular biology. Those are company and public-relations descriptions, not independent product testing.
The reported product profile is 100 calories and 4.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) per 12-ounce can, with no added sugar. Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits also described it as gluten-free. These claims appear in brand and distributor materials; no independent lab verification of calories, ABV, sugar or ingredients was identified. “No added sugar” does not mean “sugar-free.”
What does Sprinter taste like?
The original flavors
The original variety pack contains Black Cherry, Peach, Grapefruit and Lime. Jeff Ellingson of Best Tasting Spirits reviewed the flavors around launch and gave Grapefruit an A, Lime an A−, Black Cherry an A− and Peach a B+. His notes describe personal impressions, not objective properties or a broader consumer consensus.

The Palm Springs flavors
The Palm Springs variety pack adds Pink Lemonade, Mango, Strawberry and Pineapple. Rachel Chapman of Elite Daily tried the four flavors at a Coachella activation in April 2025. She rated Mango 4.5/5, Pink Lemonade 4/5, Pineapple 4/5 and Strawberry 2/5. She called Mango the standout and relatively fresh-tasting, Pineapple light and refreshing, Pink Lemonade more pronounced with a citrus bite, and Strawberry the most artificial-tasting. She also described the drinks overall as light, with subtle flavors and little prominent vodka taste. These were one writer’s festival-context impressions, not a representative tasting panel.

The flavor notes come from two different writers reviewing different packs in different settings, so the grades and scores are not a head-to-head test. The historical suggested prices are launch-era figures, not current shelf prices; they do not establish which pack is better value today.

How strong is Sprinter, and how many calories does it have?
Sprinter’s published figures are 4.5% ABV and 100 calories per 12-ounce can. Southern Glazer’s 2024 announcement also called it gluten-free and said it contained no added sugars. These are reported product specifications, not independently verified measurements. The calorie figure alone does not establish that Sprinter is a healthier choice; that depends on what a person is comparing it with and their own needs.
Where can you buy Sprinter?
Current stock, prices and local alcohol-sale eligibility are not established. FoodBev Media named Total Wine, BevMo, GoPuff and Liquor Barn among select retailers for the Palm Springs pack in April 2025, but that dated list is not confirmation of current inventory. Southern Glazer’s announced a Sprinter distribution agreement covering 31 markets in August 2024; that announcement is not a current state-by-state store locator.

For a purchase, check retailers directly for your location and the specific flavor pack. A 2026 CinemaBlend article speculated that Sprinter might pivot toward hydration products after social-account changes, but it did not establish that the canned cocktail was discontinued.
