Patrick Bet-David’s best-documented source of wealth is PHP Agency, the insurance distribution business he founded in 2009. Integrity Marketing Group announced an agreement to acquire PHP in 2022, but said it did not disclose the financial terms. Bet-David’s own website later described the sale as a $250 million deal; that figure has not been independently confirmed in the company’s announcement, and it does not establish how much he personally received. He also built Valuetainment, an entrepreneurship media brand, but the reviewed sources do not quantify its contribution to his fortune.
How did Patrick Bet-David make his fortune?
Bet-David built his business career around two ventures: PHP Agency, an insurance sales and distribution company, and Valuetainment, a media brand focused on entrepreneurship and personal development. PHP is the clearest documented financial foundation because it became the subject of an acquisition by Integrity Marketing Group. The available sources establish the businesses and the acquisition announcement, but not a verified figure for Bet-David’s personal wealth.
From military service to financial services
Bet-David’s official biography says he served in the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne, worked in traditional companies, and then entered financial services. It says he founded PHP Agency before age 30. That is the account on his official biography page.
Building PHP Agency
Integrity describes PHP as a field marketing organization that offers life and annuity products through an agent network. Its July 2022 announcement reported that PHP had more than 27,000 agents across 170 offices and had served nearly half a million Americans. Integrity’s company description in the same release said PHP agents had educated and served more than 450,000 families. These are figures reported by Integrity at the time of the announcement, not current company totals. Read Integrity’s acquisition announcement for its description of PHP and the proposed transaction.
#1 Best Overall
Bet-David’s official story page gives a different scale: it says PHP began with 66 agents and grew to more than 60,000 agents across 49 states. That is a self-published retrospective figure on his official story page. It should not be combined with Integrity’s contemporaneous 2022 figures as if the two sources were reporting the same date or measurement.
Adding Valuetainment
Bet-David’s official biography describes Valuetainment as a media brand that teaches entrepreneurship and personal development. His official story page dates the channel’s start to 2012 and the PBD Podcast to 2020. The sources reviewed do not report Valuetainment’s revenue or how much it added to his personal fortune, so its role is best understood as a second business and audience platform, not a quantified share of his wealth.

How much did Patrick Bet-David make from selling PHP Agency?
The amount Bet-David personally received is not established by the available sources. Integrity announced on July 20, 2022 that it had entered an agreement to acquire PHP and that Bet-David would become an Integrity managing partner. The company explicitly said, “Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.”
Bet-David’s official story page offers a separate account: “On June 27, 2022, the day after their wedding anniversary, Patrick and Jennifer stood in Monaco and sold PHP Agency to Integrity Marketing Group for a quarter billion dollars.” That is his site’s stated sale value, not a figure corroborated by Integrity’s announcement. Even if the claimed $250 million refers to the transaction value, it is not evidence that Bet-David personally received $250 million; a company sale price and an individual seller’s proceeds are different figures.

What can be said about Bet-David’s net worth?
The sources reviewed do not establish a reliable personal net-worth figure. Net worth is not interchangeable with a company’s sale value: it depends on an individual’s ownership stake, transaction costs, taxes, other assets and liabilities, and any terms affecting payment. Those details are not provided in the acquisition announcement or Bet-David’s sale account. Treat online estimates as estimates, not verified proceeds from PHP or a documented current net worth.
