Albert Manzo’s personal net worth is not established by the available public sources. A separate figure often attached to his business—a 2019 profile’s description of a $17 million business—is not a personal-wealth estimate or a verified current valuation.
What is Albert Manzo’s net worth?
Celebrity Net Worth lists a $6 million estimate for Albert Manzo and his wife, Caroline Manzo, together. The site does not provide an asset-by-asset calculation, audited statements, liabilities, or a method for verifying that estimate. It should therefore be treated as a publisher’s estimate of their combined wealth, not a confirmed figure for Albert alone. Celebrity Net Worth’s estimate does not establish either spouse’s individual share.
No reviewed primary source discloses Albert Manzo’s current personal assets, liabilities, or a verified personal net-worth total. The most accurate answer is that his actual current net worth is unknown.
What does the $17 million Brownstone figure mean?
A 2019 Catersource profile by Nancy A. Shenker said, “He grew a struggling catering call into a $17 million business.” That is a profile’s description of a business, not a personal net-worth calculation. It does not establish The Brownstone’s current value, Albert Manzo’s ownership percentage, or how much of any business value would belong to him. Catersource’s 2019 profile does not provide an audited valuation or financial statements.

How is Albert Manzo connected to The Brownstone?
The Brownstone is a Paterson, New Jersey, catering and event venue and the clearest documented business context for Manzo. Bravo describes Albert Manzo as running the family catering facility, while the venue’s own history says Albert Manzo Jr. bought it from the Clune family after they had operated it for 33 years. That history also says the Manzo children carry on the business. These accounts describe family involvement but do not disclose Albert’s present ownership share. Bravo’s profile also links him to The Real Housewives of New Jersey and Manzo’d with Children.
The Brownstone currently presents itself as offering event planning, on-site catering, and off-site catering at its Paterson location. Those services establish how the venue describes its operations, not its revenue, profit, or value. The Brownstone’s website lists its location and services. Its family-history page says, “His dream of owning and operating one of the most popular catering venues in North Jersey is still realized today by his children.” This is the venue’s account of its history, not a disclosure of current ownership percentages.

| Figure | What it describes | Source and limitation |
|---|---|---|
| $6 million | Combined net-worth estimate for Albert and Caroline Manzo | Celebrity Net Worth; publication date not stated on the page. No disclosed calculation or audited financial basis. |
| $17 million | A business, as described in a profile—not Albert’s personal wealth | Catersource, January 18, 2019. The profile does not establish a current valuation or Manzo’s ownership share. |
The two figures measure different things and come from different kinds of sources. Neither is a verified statement of Albert Manzo’s current personal net worth. Historical coverage offers family context, but not a present-day balance sheet: a 1992 Congressional Record says Albert Manzo was born in Paterson and that his father bought The Brownstone in 1979; it mentions brothers working there without establishing Albert’s current ownership interest.
