Morocco’s National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water (ONEE) named BULK TRADING SA supplier for a steam-coal procurement serving the Mohammedia thermal power station. ONEE’s tender record gives the award amount as USD 12,939,000 excluding tax and says the award was judged on 14 November 2025. The record confirms an award, not that coal has been shipped or delivered.
What ONEE awarded
The procurement, tender SC4129583, covers the supply and delivery of steam coal for the Mohammedia thermal power station. ONEE lists BULK TRADING SA as the supplier and an awarded amount of USD 12,939,000 excluding tax. The offer deadline and opening date were both 13 November 2025; the award judgment date was 14 November 2025. ONEE’s tender result is the primary record for these details.
What the award record does—and does not—establish
The result is an award notice. It does not confirm shipment, delivery, acceptance, or use of the coal, and it does not publish a delivery schedule or contract clauses. The amount is explicitly stated excluding tax; the record does not provide a tax-inclusive total.
How it differs from Bulk Trading’s earlier ONEE award
ONEE separately recorded a Bulk Trading award under tender SC4125216 for supply and delivery of 120,000 metric tonnes of steam coal to the Jerada thermal power station. That award was judged on 17 May 2024, at USD 12,570,000 excluding tax. It is a different tender and destination, so its volume and value should not be attributed to the 2025 Mohammedia procurement. These reports provide context on separate awards; neither establishes performance under SC4129583.
