The RRB Technician CBT e-call-letter link for CEN 02/2025 was listed by RRB Chandigarh on 3 March 2026. That release is historical: the same board page lists the Technician-I CBT result on 21 May 2026. The dated link is not evidence that the candidate login still works, and the available official notices do not confirm a live admit-card link for a later recruitment cycle.
What the RRB Technician admit-card notice covered
The verified notice was for the CEN 02/2025 recruitment cycle. RRB Chandigarh’s official CEN page listed the CBT city-intimation link on 26 February 2026, followed by “Link to View/Download E-Call letter for CBT” on 3 March 2026: RRB Chandigarh CEN 02/2025 notices.
City-intimation and an e-call letter are separate items. The former provides exam-city information; the e-call letter is the CBT admit-card document. The notice archive establishes that the download link was offered at the time, but does not establish that the candidate-specific portal remains accessible now.
Why this is not a current CBT admit-card release
RRB Chandigarh’s CEN 02/2025 page lists the Technician-I CBT result, cutoff and scorecard on 21 May 2026. As of 7 October 2026, the March CBT call-letter release is therefore historical, not a newly released admit card for an upcoming CBT.

Do not confuse the Grade III DV call letter with a CBT admit card
RRB Bhubaneswar lists a CEN 02/2025 Technician Grade III call-letter notice dated 3 July 2026 for document verification (DV), a later recruitment stage. It is not the CBT admit card: RRB Bhubaneswar notice archive.
How to check for a current RRB Technician call letter
- Open the official website of the regional RRB responsible for your recruitment notice. RRB Chandigarh advises candidates: “For any Notice/Information regarding Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), the candidates should visit official websites of RRBs only.” See its official website.
- Find the notice for the matching CEN and confirm that it is for Technician recruitment and the stage you need, such as CBT or DV.
- Use the candidate link published in that notice. Check the CEN and post before entering your login details; do not assume an older link is still active.
The official recruitment notice identifies the cycle as CEN 02/2025; candidates should use the matching notice rather than a link or search result that omits the CEN number: CEN 02/2025 official notice page.
