It does not connect Lin to the “old money” headline or verify its comparison.

Kevin Lee appointment announcement
A BingX announcement published August 3, 2026 named Kevin Lee as chief strategy officer. That establishes a role at the company, not that Lee made the headline’s statement. Neither source can be used to attribute the claim to Lin or Lee.
