Sign in to the Kohl’s shopping account you used at checkout, then open Recent Orders or Order History. If you placed the order as a guest, it will not appear in your account history; use Kohl’s guest order-tracking option instead.
Check orders placed while signed in
- Sign in at Kohl’s using the shopping account you used when placing the order.
- Open Recent Orders or Order History to review your purchases. Kohl’s says registered accounts can review shopping history and track orders: Kohl’s order-tracking help.
- Select the order to see its details or shipment information. After fulfillment, the shipping confirmation email also provides tracking information.
Look up an order placed as a guest
Guest purchases do not appear in the shopping account’s Order History, and Kohl’s says an unregistered order cannot be added to it later. Use the separate guest lookup:

- Open Kohl’s order-tracking page and choose the guest option, then select Track Order.
- Enter the order number, billing ZIP code, and email address associated with the purchase.
- Continue to view the order’s shipping status. See Kohl’s guidance on orders missing from Order History.
Find order history or tracking in the Kohl’s app
Kohl’s app instructions direct shoppers to the menu and Order Status & Tracking. Guests can enter an order number and billing ZIP code there; signed-in customers can view order history. Kohl’s customer-service instructions also describe this route: My Kohl’s in the bottom menu > My Purchases > select an order to view its tracking number. If an order is missing
- Confirm the account: Check that you signed in to the same shopping account used at checkout. Orders placed while signed in are associated with that account; guest orders are excluded.
- Use guest tracking when applicable: Look up a guest order with its order number, billing ZIP code, and checkout email address.
- Search your email: Look in the inbox for the email address used at checkout for Kohl’s order confirmation and shipping messages. Kohl’s says the confirmation should arrive shortly after placement and recommends checking spam if it is missing. See Kohl’s order-tracking help.
- Use the shipping email for carrier details: It contains a carrier tracking number and link. Kohl’s explains this in its order-tracking instructions.
- Contact Kohl’s if the lookup still fails: Check the current Kohl’s Contact Us page for available order-support options and hours, which can change.
