Which directors have WWE and TKO leadership roles?
Nick Khan is the listed director who is also President of WWE. Ariel Emanuel is TKO’s Executive Chair and CEO, Mark Shapiro is TKO’s President and COO, and Steven R. Earlier coverage may describe certain directors as “WWE designees” or “Endeavor designees.” Those descriptions refer to a prior governance arrangement: TKO’s 2026 proxy says the Governance Agreement’s director designation rights expired on December 31, 2025, and the agreement terminated on January 1, 2026, except for provisions that survived. The proxy says TKO’s board now has authority to designate nominees for all director positions or fill vacancies.
