Iress said on 5 October 2026 that Elev8 launched in September and was being used by 300 advisers. The integration is intended to put product information into advisers’ existing workflow, rather than require them to switch between systems; the announcement does not quantify any resulting time savings or other outcomes.
What the Elev8 integration does
Iress’s 5 October 2026 announcement describes an expansion of how its mortgage and protection sourcing data is distributed. In this case, the data is integrated into Elev8, which combines CRM functionality with Iress-powered sourcing. Evolve Tech Solutions develops the platform for Access FS.
The announcement is about adviser technology and data distribution. It does not announce a new mortgage lender, mortgage product or consumer-facing offer. Iress says the design gives advisers access to product information within their current workflow and reduces the need to move between systems. Access FS founder and CEO Karl Wilkinson said reliable sourcing data embedded in Elev8 is an important part of the adviser experience the company is creating.
Those are the companies’ descriptions of the integration’s purpose. The announcement does not provide independent measurements of time saved, errors reduced, adviser satisfaction or client outcomes.

What product information and features are involved?
Iress says mortgage and protection sourcing data is integrated in Elev8, but its announcement does not list the specific data fields, screens or functions available there. Iress’s general Mortgage Sourcing API documentation describes capabilities that can be embedded in another company’s CRM, platform or website:
- Filtering mortgage products.
- Direct links to lenders, intended to return current rates and fees.
- Automatic generation of European Standardised Information Sheets (ESIS) and evidence-of-research documents.
These are general Iress API capabilities, not a confirmed feature list for Elev8. The available announcement does not say which of them Elev8 implements, how its data is refreshed, or what its technical architecture or implementation timeline is.

How many advisers are using Elev8?
Iress said Elev8 launched in September 2026 and was being used by 300 advisers when it announced the integration on 5 October 2026. That is the platform’s stated user count at announcement time, not a figure for advisers who had used the Iress sourcing integration or evidence of adoption since then.
What Iress’s sourcing figures do—and do not—show
Iress’s Sourcing 2025 Wrapped report covers 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025. Its figures describe different parts of Iress’s wider sourcing activity, not Elev8:

The 66 million total is a company-reported volume measure, not an independent market-share statistic. None of the three figures is an Elev8 usage statistic.
Where Elev8 sits among Iress’s distribution routes
Iress says it is best known in the mortgage market for Trigold and Xplan Mortgage (XPM), while describing its data as reaching advisers through a wider range of channels. Its announcement names Elev8 as a third-party platform using Iress sourcing data and also refers to digital client solutions and other third-party technology integrations.

Iress’s API documentation describes several general use cases, including sourcing inside a CRM, direct-to-customer search and selection, and hybrid online-to-adviser journeys. The Elev8 announcement specifically presents the adviser-workflow use case. It does not provide a head-to-head comparison with Trigold, XPM or other platforms, so the announcement alone cannot establish that Elev8 is better on sourcing breadth, usability, compliance tools or any other comparative measure.

The published announcement and product information do not state the integration’s financial value, pricing, contract duration or impact on Iress revenue. They also do not specify a data-refresh service-level agreement for Elev8, the integration’s technical design, or measured productivity gains. Those details should not be inferred from the platform’s launch, adviser count or Iress’s wider sourcing volumes.
