File Preparation: Format and Quality
Before uploading to StreamNeo, your video should be in a standard format. MP4 files with H.264 video encoding and AAC audio encoding are universal and strongly recommended. Resolution should match your intended broadcast quality: 1920×1080 for HD, 1280×720 for HD if bandwidth is constrained, or 3840×2160 for 4K if your audience and platform support it.
Frame rate matters less than consistency. 24 frames per second is standard for traditional video. 30 or 60 frames per second are acceptable depending on the content type. Scheduling and Sequencing
