ELLE Decor described the list price as $14.99 million, a difference in how the listing price was reported; the local reports and final transaction record support $14.5 million as the asking figure and $12.3 million as the sale price.

What was the estate like?
Listing-era coverage described an oceanfront property built in 1928, with about 5,064 square feet, eight bedrooms, roughly 1.1 acres, and private beach access. Boston.com reported 200 feet of private beach, a pool, and a furnished sale. The Boston Globe also described guest quarters, a three-car garage, a fire pit, and a heated swimming pool. These details refer to the property as presented in 2025 listing coverage. Bathroom counts differed: Boston.com reported seven, while ELLE Decor reported ten.
The listing description quoted by The Boston Globe highlighted the setting: “A dramatic entry foyer opens to sweeping views of the sea, setting the tone for the home’s seamless connection to its extraordinary backdrop.” Listing agent Robert B. Kinlin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties represented the property.
