The FAA lists DJT Operations I LLC—not Donald Trump as an individual—as its registered owner. The count is therefore one aircraft registered to a Trump business entity, based on the public record reviewed.
Which aircraft is currently registered to a Trump-associated entity?
The Federal Aviation Administration’s record for N757AF identifies it as a Boeing 757-200 Series manufactured in 1991. Its registration status is Valid, its certificate expires March 31, 2028, and the registered owner is DJT Operations I LLC. The FAA record was accessed October 5, 2026.
That owner field matters: it supports saying that one aircraft is registered to a Trump-associated company, not that the FAA lists Donald Trump personally as the owner. An LLC may hold an aircraft on behalf of a business, but registration alone does not establish every detail of beneficial ownership.
Why the Citation X is not part of the current count
Older counts may include a 1997 Cessna Citation X. The Guardian reported, based on FAA records, that it was transferred to MM Fleet Holdings LLC on May 13, 2024. The Guardian’s account and CNN’s report carried by KVIA in 2026 describe the Citation as sold in 2024. On that evidence, it should not be counted as a currently Trump-associated aircraft.

How to distinguish ownership from use and history
- Registered ownership: The FAA names DJT Operations I LLC as the registered owner of N757AF. Registration is the clearest public-record basis for the count.
- Use is not proof of ownership: A plane used by Trump or a family member is not necessarily registered to Trump or a Trump entity.
- Former aircraft are not current assets: CNN’s historical account describes an earlier Boeing 727, the Trump Shuttle fleet and Sikorsky helicopters. Those past aircraft do not add to the current tally.
- Public records have limits: The FAA says some owner information may be withheld from public dissemination under its process. A public registry search is not a complete accounting of every possible indirect or undisclosed beneficial interest. See the FAA’s registry information.
How to read a Boeing 757 registry result
Aircraft model alone is not enough to identify ownership. The FAA also lists N14115, a different Boeing 757-224, with United Airlines Inc. as the registered owner. Check the registration number and registered-owner field rather than treating every result for a Boeing 757 as connected to Trump; see the FAA record for N14115.
