Richemont’s FY26 annual report, published on 29 May 2026, lists both men in those roles.
Who is the new CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre?
Jérôme Lambert returned to Jaeger-LeCoultre as Maison Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2025. The Maison announced his appointment on 29 November 2024, describing it as a return to a brand he had previously led. Before the appointment, Lambert was Richemont Group Chief Operating Officer; he had also served as Richemont Group CEO. Jaeger-LeCoultre’s appointment announcement
Lambert called the return a homecoming, saying: “It is with profound honour and genuine pleasure that I return to the Grande Maison, the place where I first set foot into the magnificent world of Swiss watchmaking. Who is the new CEO of Vacheron Constantin?
Laurent Perves became Vacheron Constantin’s Maison CEO on 1 January 2025, succeeding Louis Ferla. The brand announced the change on 29 November 2024. Perves joined Vacheron Constantin in 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer and became Chief Commercial Officer in 2021, making his appointment an internal succession through senior commercial roles. How the two appointments differ

The announcements appeared on the same day and shared an effective date. They establish two leadership successions within Richemont’s Specialist Watchmakers portfolio, not a broader group-wide restructuring. Richemont’s FY26 annual report, covering the year ended 31 March 2026 and published on 29 May 2026, lists Lambert as Jaeger-LeCoultre CEO and Perves as Vacheron Constantin CEO. This confirms the reported roles as of that report’s publication; it does not establish whether any leadership change occurred afterward. The report also describes Jaeger-LeCoultre’s watchmaking record as comprising “over 1,400 calibres” and “more than 430 patents.” Those are Maison figures reported by Richemont in 2026, not measures of either executive’s performance. Richemont FY26 annual report
