How much were Super Bowl LX tickets?
The reported amounts varied by price type. A listing is an advertised asking price; a purchase price reflects a completed transaction. Neither should be treated as an original NFL price.

Axios’s February 3 report is a dated resale-market snapshot. It does not establish what tickets originally cost from the NFL, nor does the available evidence show original face value by section. A high resale transaction, a low advertised listing, and an official face-value price answer different questions and should not be compared as though they were the same measure.
How much did resale fees add?
There is no single resale-fee percentage in the Ticketmaster/NFL terms. The terms say buyers pay the ticket price plus applicable fees, and direct users to the listing website for amounts charged, deducted, retained, or remitted. The total can depend on the listing and the transaction flow.

- For a buyer, compare the final checkout total—not only the headline listing price—before paying.
- For a seller, review the specific posting flow for deductions and the expected payout; do not assume the buyer’s fees and seller’s deductions are identical.
- Some listings may have access conditions, such as a fee or an eligibility step tied to season-ticket-holder or waiting-list status.
The Ticketmaster/NFL marketplace terms do not publish one universal fee amount, so a precise general estimate cannot be derived from them.
What ticket restrictions and refund rules applied?
The NFL’s Super Bowl LX ticket terms described each ticket as a revocable license for one stadium entry, with no re-entry. They also stated: “TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN.” The terms provide limited remedies in specified circumstances and cap the stated refund remedy at the NFL-set face value; they do not establish that a resale buyer would recover an amount paid above face value.

The marketplace terms warn that unlawful resale, counterfeit or copied tickets may lead to seizure or cancellation, and that state resale restrictions can apply. A resale ticket is not a guarantee against access or validity problems simply because it appeared in a marketplace listing.

Ticket price was only part of the event-week cost. Axios, citing Hotels.com, reported Santa Clara hotel rates averaging around $415 per night in its February 3, 2026 article. That was an event-week snapshot, not a current or year-round rate. The same report gave a specific Granada Inn example of $23,049 total for February 7–9, including taxes and fees; that example should not be read as a typical trip cost.
