The game in the widely reported RFK Jr. video is Boxbollen, a soft ball attached to an elastic cord and adjustable headband. You can buy the complete set through the official Boxbollen shop; Amazon was also reported as a purchase option in February 2025, but that report does not establish current stock or pricing.
What is Boxbollen?
Boxbollen is a reflex game: wear the adjustable headband, let the soft ball hang from its elastic string, then hit the ball as it swings back. The official product page says the complete set includes the headband, ball and string, a water-resistant carrying pouch, and a QR-code license for the Boxball app. The app license is included with purchase; the company says users scan the QR code inside the box to create an account. See the Boxbollen complete set for the listed kit and purchase options.
Boxbollen markets the game as a way to work on coordination, focus, reflexes and fitness. Those are company claims, not independently established outcomes. The app listings describe online games, challenges, profiles and hit tracking. Google Play lists an update dated February 19, 2026; app features, age guidance and ratings may change, so check the current Google Play listing or App Store listing.
Where to buy Boxbollen
Official Boxbollen shop
The official US storefront offers the complete set and variants or bundles. When the Boxbollen Black listing was accessed in 2026, it displayed a price of $29.99 and claimed US shipping in 1–4 days. Those are time-sensitive listing details, not a guarantee for every variant, destination or purchase date. Check the live product page for the current price, shipping terms and stock before ordering.

Amazon
A Rolling Stone report syndicated by Yahoo on February 13, 2025, showed a Boxbollen Original Amazon offer at $29.83 and said Amazon had recorded more than 7,000 units sold in the prior month. These are dated figures from that report, not confirmation of a current listing, price, seller, inventory or sales. Check the live Amazon listing before buying.
The two prices are snapshots from different dates and contexts, so they should not be treated as a current price comparison. Neither establishes a current discount or shipping estimate.

What happened in the RFK Jr. video?
Rolling Stone reported on February 13, 2025, that a video posted to Boxbollen’s social channels showed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. playing while friends and family cheered. The report quoted Kennedy saying, “When I’m on the road, I try to use it as often as I can, because it keeps up my hand-eye coordination and it gives me a workout.” That is an endorsement statement, not measured evidence of a health or fitness effect.
The same report attributed a score of 17 hits in five seconds to the brand’s account of Kennedy’s performance. It was not independently verified in the report. Rolling Stone/Yahoo also reported that Amazon had sold more than 7,000 units in the prior month; that figure likewise belongs to the report’s 2025 snapshot, not current sales.

Was the video a paid endorsement?
ABC News reported in 2025, citing Kennedy’s financial disclosure, that he received $100,000 for the Boxbollen endorsement and returned $50,000 after cancelling the contract following his nomination to lead the Department of Health and Human Services. ABC quoted a source close to Kennedy explaining the cancellation. These figures describe the arrangement as reported at that time, not a current contract.
