High Alpha led the round; Lookout Ventures, Bitkraft, Bain Future Back Ventures and Third Prime also participated. Verisoul said it would use the proceeds for hiring, product development and go-to-market growth.
What does Verisoul do?
Verisoul describes itself as a business-to-business platform for detecting fake accounts, bots and other forms of digital fraud across a user’s interactions with a business. Its product pages describe combining device, network, behavioral and identity signals, with features including device fingerprinting, account linking, location-spoofing detection, email and phone intelligence, configurable no-code rules, identity workflows, dashboards and APIs. The company also presents AI fraud agents as a product capability.
These are vendor-described features and intended uses, not independently verified measures of detection accuracy or effectiveness.
Who led Verisoul’s Series A?
High Alpha led the $8.8 million financing. Lookout Ventures, Bitkraft, Bain Future Back Ventures and Third Prime participated. High Alpha framed the opportunity as relevant across SaaS, advertising, market research, gaming, marketplaces, social platforms and developer tools; that sector list represents the investor’s market rationale.

What does the company say it will do with the funding?
Verisoul said it plans to use the capital to hire, develop its product and grow go-to-market operations. Its co-founder and CEO, Henry LeGard, said: “Fake users are overwhelming the internet, and AI is making the problem exponentially worse for virtually every digital business.”
What growth figures has Verisoul reported?
At the time of its 2025 funding announcement, Verisoul reported more than 100 customers and over 6x year-over-year ARR growth each year during its first two years since commercialization. Those are company-reported figures; the announcement materials do not provide an independent audit or detailed methodology. The $8.8 million is the announced Series A amount, not necessarily the company’s total lifetime funding.

How does Verisoul describe its fraud-prevention use cases?
The company says its platform can help identify fake or duplicate accounts, bots, account sharing, spoofing and other fraud. Its financial-services and fintech page describes screening users before KYC, detecting account-takeover attempts and identifying proxy or VPN logins. These are described use cases, not evidence of comparative accuracy, proven savings or superior results versus other providers.
For a business evaluating fraud-prevention tools, useful questions include what device, network, behavioral and identity signals a service uses; which points in the user lifecycle it covers; how rules and interventions are configured; what integration work is required; and how it handles legitimate users who may be mistakenly flagged. The available company and investor materials do not establish an independent head-to-head ranking of providers.
