The reported 12.50% reduction in Trisul’s consensus price target to R$7.14 is not confirmed by the available company analyst-coverage list or a separate Investing.com consensus snapshot. Trisul’s page shows dated individual analyst targets; Investing.com reports a different average, R$8.50, from four analysts, but does not make the snapshot date or methodology clear. Neither source verifies the R$7.14 figure or the alleged cut.

What the available sources say about R$7.14

The claim that Trisul’s consensus price target was cut 12.50% to R$7.14 should be treated as a reported figure, not a verified current consensus. The company’s analyst-coverage page lists individual targets from R$6.00 to R$11.00, and the Investing.com TRIS3 consensus page reports an average of R$8.50. Neither source establishes the R$7.14 target or its prior value, so the percentage reduction cannot be checked against them.

To verify the specific change, a reader would need the underlying dated analyst report or provider item showing the analyst or data source, publication date, rating, target currency, previous target, and stated valuation drivers. Without that, neither the size nor the reason for the alleged reduction is established.

What Trisul’s official analyst-coverage page lists

Trisul’s English-language investor-relations page was last updated 10 February 2026. It presents individual analyst opinions with different review dates, not a same-day consensus. The entries shown are:

Itaú BBA — Daniel Gasparete Market Performance R$8.80 27 October 2025
Bradesco BBI — Bruno Mendonça Neutral R$8.00 24 November 2024
XP Investimentos — Ygor Altero Neutral R$6.00 25 July 2024
LevanteCorp — Gabriel Gaspar Buy R$11.00 15 September 2023

Because the dates span several years, these figures should not be combined as though all analysts reviewed their valuations at the same time. The page also does not establish that all five entries are included in a current consensus calculation.

How the separate Investing.com estimate differs

Investing.com’s surfaced TRIS3 page reports a neutral consensus from four analysts, with an average 12-month target of R$8.50 and a low-to-high range of R$7.00 to R$10.00. The snapshot date and calculation methodology are unclear, and its four-analyst group does not obviously match the five names listed by Trisul. It is therefore a separate third-party estimate—not Trisul’s official consensus and not confirmation of the reported R$7.14 revision.

What Trisul’s latest operating figures do—and do not—show

Trisul’s 2Q26 earnings release, dated 13 August 2026, identifies the company as B3: TRIS3 and reports operating figures including gross sales of R$530 million, launches of R$603 million, net revenue of R$370 million, and a landbank valued at R$6.8 billion. These figures are company-reported context; they do not explain why an analyst might change a target. Without the analyst’s actual report, it would be speculative to attribute the alleged cut to any of them. The release says its quarterly information follows CPC 21 (R1) / IAS 34 interim-reporting standards and applicable CVM standards. Read the 2Q26 earnings release filed with the CVM.

How to interpret analyst targets

A price target is an analyst’s estimate, not a promised share price, a company forecast, or a recommendation that every investor should buy or sell. Trisul’s investor-relations page explicitly says analysts’ opinions, estimates, and forecasts are theirs alone and “do not represent opinions, forecasts or predictions of the Company or its management.”

When assessing a target or a reported change, check the analyst and institution, publication date, recommendation, target currency, previous target, and stated valuation period or methodology. Also check which analysts a consensus service includes and when it was calculated. A target without those details can be stale, based on a different analyst set, or difficult to compare with another estimate.
