What do the listed Mach-E battery assemblies cost?
Ford Parts Connect’s 2025 catalog lists separate high-voltage battery assemblies based on vehicle configuration. For two standard-range examples, it shows:

The catalog includes other configurations, including extended-range and GT-related choices; use the VIN to identify the correct assembly and ask the seller to confirm its current price.
Why the part price is not the replacement bill
A battery assembly listing does not establish what a shop or dealer will charge to complete a repair. The catalog does not provide a comparable installed quote that identifies vehicle configuration, location, diagnosis, labor, taxes, shipping, or core charges. Treating the displayed part price as the total would therefore understate—or otherwise misrepresent—the amount you may be asked to pay.

Request a written, VIN-specific estimate that separates the battery assembly from diagnosis, labor, taxes, shipping, and any core charge. Ask whether the estimate is customer-pay or warranty-covered, and whether it assumes a new, remanufactured, or refurbished component.
Check warranty eligibility before budgeting for a customer-pay repair
Ford’s service content says that when a warranty repair requires replacement of a high-voltage battery assembly or component, Ford may use a new, factory-remanufactured, or factory-refurbished component at its discretion. Coverage depends on the applicable vehicle warranty and its terms; neither a listed part nor a battery concern by itself establishes that a particular repair will be covered. Warranty duration varies by market and model year. For example, Ford’s UK 2026 model-year price list states 8 years or 100,000 miles for the Mach-E high-voltage battery and components. A Ford Canada warranty guide for 2021 vehicles states 8 years or 160,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first. These are market- and model-specific examples, not universal terms; check the original warranty booklet that applies to your vehicle.
What to confirm before accepting an estimate
- Vehicle identity: Give the dealer or parts seller the VIN, model year, country, trim, range, and drivetrain. Standard-range, extended-range, RWD, AWD, and GT configurations may use different assemblies.

How to interpret the available price evidence
The catalog figures above are concrete examples for two 2025 standard-range assemblies, not a typical installed cost or an estimate of how often Mach-E batteries fail. No broadly applicable installed replacement price or average failure rate is established by those listings. The most useful number for an owner is a current, VIN-specific quote after diagnosis and a warranty decision.
