The 100-Robux Microsoft Rewards option is not guaranteed to be available, and Microsoft has not publicly explained why it disappeared from some users’ catalogs. Microsoft says Rewards offers can vary by region, account eligibility and availability; it has not announced a return date or confirmed that the denomination was permanently discontinued.
What happened to the 100-Robux option?
The evidence supports a limited conclusion: some users no longer see the 100-Robux redemption, but there is no confirmed program-wide removal date or published reason specific to that denomination. Microsoft’s general explanation is that catalog items can become unavailable and that offers vary. Its Rewards support page says, “Some gift cards aren’t always available through Microsoft Rewards – check back often!” Microsoft’s redemption guidance also says support cannot provide a timeline for when a particular gift card will be restocked or removed.
A reader on Microsoft Q&A asked for “the 100 robux option for 1500 points.” That records the amount and price one user expected, not a current price or an offer that was universally available. There is no authoritative figure for how many accounts lost the option or how often Microsoft changes Roblox denominations.
Could 100 Robux come back?
It could reappear, but Microsoft has published no confirmed return date. A missing reward does not, by itself, show that Microsoft permanently removed it. Microsoft Q&A guidance likewise says it cannot confirm when a specific reward will return; support does not disclose restock or removal timelines.

In an August 18, 2026 Microsoft Q&A reply, Microsoft External Staff moderator Vikki-T said: “Microsoft Rewards offers and denominations can change depending on the current catalog, region, account eligibility, and availability.” That describes why users may see changing options generally; it does not identify the specific cause of the 100-Robux option disappearing.
Why might people see different Robux amounts?
Rewards catalogs are not necessarily identical across regions or accounts, and the denominations shown can change with catalog availability and account eligibility. In the same August 2026 Q&A exchange, one user reported seeing 840- and 1,050-Robux options return on a computer after they had disappeared. That is one account’s report, not evidence that those amounts—or 100 Robux—are available to everyone.

The moderator said there was no confirmed information connecting those denominations to Roblox Premium or Xbox Gold membership. Claims that a membership change caused the 100-Robux option to disappear, that Roblox ran out of codes, or that Microsoft permanently ended the redemption are not established by the available official guidance.
How to check your Rewards catalog
- Sign in to the Microsoft account that holds your Rewards points and open the live Microsoft Rewards redemption catalog. The offers displayed there are the current options for that account.
- Check that you are using the account in the region where you signed up. Microsoft says offers vary by country and advises redeeming in your account’s region; avoid using a VPN or switching regions during redemption.
- If the catalog looks different on another device, make sure both devices are signed in to the same Microsoft account. If the difference persists, or an offer appears but redemption fails, check your Rewards order history and contact Microsoft Rewards Support for account-specific help.
Can you still get Robux with Microsoft Rewards points?
Microsoft’s Roblox Rewards page describes redeeming points for Roblox gift cards. It says point requirements vary by card value and market, and directs users to the current Rewards catalog for available options and prices. The page confirms Roblox gift cards are a Rewards category; it does not promise that a 100-Robux option is available to every account.

If no Roblox offer appears in your catalog, Microsoft Q&A guidance does not identify a supported, guaranteed alternative that directly converts Rewards points into Robux. A separately purchased Roblox gift card is a different way to add eligible Roblox credit, not a workaround that restores the missing Rewards redemption.
