Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsTo find an eBay order made while signed in, open My eBay and select Purchase History. Choose View order details beside the order to see its record. The exact navigation differs in the app, older orders require the year filter, and guest purchases are retrieved from the checkout confirmation email instead.
Find Purchase History on desktop or in the eBay app
- Desktop: Sign in to eBay, open My eBay near the top right of most pages, then choose Purchase History.
- iPhone or iPad: In the eBay app, tap My eBay at the bottom left of the home screen, then tap Purchase History.
- Android: In the eBay app, tap Menu at the top left, then open My eBay and Purchase History.
These navigation paths are described in eBay’s Using My eBay guide. Once the list is open, locate the purchase and select View order details. The details page can show the shipping address, order number, and tracking information.
Show older purchases
eBay says Purchase History displays orders from the past seven years, but the initial view shows only purchases from the last 60 days. At the top of Purchase History, open See orders from and select the year you need; the list updates to that year. These time periods are eBay Customer Service guidance and may change. See eBay’s Purchase History help page.
Find an order that is missing
First, sign in to the account used at checkout. If the purchase still does not appear, check whether it is listed under canceled items, canceled invoices, or returns or canceled orders. A purchase made as a guest will not appear in signed-in Purchase History.

Retrieve a guest purchase
- Search the email inbox used at checkout for an eBay message with a subject starting Order Confirmed. Check the junk folder as well.
- Open the message and select View order details.
- If you cannot find the email, use eBay’s guest order retrieval flow. Provide the order number or checkout email address to have a link to the order details sent to you.
Find the order number or tracking details
An eBay order number is 12 digits. You can find it in the order details, Purchase History, or the order confirmation email. eBay explains these locations in Your eBay order number.
For a guest purchase, open the confirmation email, choose View order details, then select Show shipping details to check tracking when available. Tracking appears only when the seller uses a tracked shipping service and uploads the tracking information to eBay. If there is no tracking information, eBay suggests contacting the seller to ask about it; see eBay’s tracking guidance.

Depending on the order, it can include options such as Contact seller and Return this item. eBay says a purchase from the last 60 days can be hidden with More actions → Hide order; use Undo Hide to restore a hidden order. Hiding does not delete it: eBay says orders cannot be permanently deleted from Purchase History.
