What the final result means
SSC reported 18,174 candidates provisionally recommended for appointment. The recommendation is conditional: the allocated user department must conduct document verification, and appointment formalities are handled by that department. A place on the recommendation list is not confirmation that verification is complete or that all appointment steps have been finished.
The final selection used Tier II performance and the post preferences submitted online, subject to the relevant qualifying requirements for computer knowledge and data-entry skill tests. SSC’s write-up gives category-wise totals and post-wise cut-off details for interpreting outcomes.
