The Georgia home associated with Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann did not sell at its scheduled December 3, 2024 foreclosure auction. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Truist Bank withdrew the property from the sale. AOL later reported that the couple sold it privately for $2.75 million that December; a subsequent owner resold it in June 2026 for a reported $3.67 million.
What happened to the scheduled auction?
The auction was scheduled, but it did not take place for the property. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Truist pulled the home from the December 3, 2024 sale, for at least the third time, allowing the couple to continue trying to sell it. A listing at $3.65 million reported in November 2024 was an asking price, not the eventual sale price. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s report

Why the price figures differ
A listing price is what a seller asks; it does not establish the amount a buyer paid. The $6 million and $3.65 million figures were asking prices reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, while the $2.75 million figure was the reported price of the couple’s December 2024 sale. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution described the property as a seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home. Its size helps identify the estate, but it does not change the distinction between the auction that was withdrawn and the completed private sale.
What a foreclosure auction notice means in Georgia
Georgia’s Attorney General describes the state as having non-judicial foreclosure: a lender can foreclose without first filing suit or appearing before a judge. The state’s general consumer guidance says notice must be sent at least 30 days before a proposed sale and published in the county’s official newspaper for four consecutive weeks; it also describes courthouse-step sales on the first Tuesday of the month.
