BSPHCL issued admit-card updates for several recruitment posts in 2025, but they were separate exam events—not one universal release. The June schedule covered JEE (GTO), Correspondence Clerk and Store Assistant; a revised notice later moved Technician Grade III to 23 July 2025. Those exams have passed, so archived reports should not be treated as proof that a 2025 download link still works.

Which BSPHCL 2025 admit-card update applies to you?

Identify the post and recruitment notice on your application before looking for a hall ticket. The June exams and the revised July Technician Grade III exam had different dates and instructions.

Post or group Reported admit-card timing Exam date or window Important distinction
JEE (GTO) Released 9 June 2025, according to contemporary reporting 16 June 2025 Separate from the later Technician Grade III rescheduling. Jagran Josh reported the June schedule.
Correspondence Clerk and Store Assistant Due from 13 June 2025, according to contemporary reporting Scheduled dates between 20 and 30 June 2025 These were June exams, not the 23 July Technician Grade III test. Jagran Josh reported the June schedule.
Technician Grade III New card available from 16 July 2025, according to BSPHCL 23 July 2025 The official revised notice said only the new card showing 23 July was valid for this exam. See BSPHCL’s official notice.

A June 2025 report also grouped Technician Grade III, Junior Accounts Clerk, Correspondence Clerk, Store Assistant, JEE (GTO) and Assistant Executive Engineer (GTO) under the wider 2025 update. It reported 1,034 posts, but that total is secondary reporting, not an independently confirmed BSPHCL vacancy figure. Jagran Josh’s report.

Where the historical download route was

For a 2025 card, BSPHCL directed candidates to the relevant recruitment link on its official website. The July revised notice said the new card would be available from 16 July 2025 and that a direct download link would also be sent to the applicant’s registered email. A contemporary report described the June login as using an application number or login ID and password; that is secondary reporting and should not be assumed to be a universal procedure for every post.

  1. Open BSPHCL’s official website and find the recruitment notice for the post and examination you applied under.
  2. Use the admit-card link associated with that specific notice, rather than a link for another post or exam date.
  3. If following the July 2025 Technician Grade III notice, use the revised card bearing 23 July 2025; BSPHCL said an earlier card was not valid for that exam.
  4. Check the card’s candidate details, exam date, reporting time and centre. Do not rely on a historic report as confirmation that its link remains available today.

BSPHCL’s notifications index now lists 2026 notices, placing the 2025 updates in the historical record; it does not establish that candidate-specific 2025 links are still accessible. BSPHCL official website and notices.

What the revised July Technician Grade III notice required

For the rescheduled Technician Grade III examination on 23 July 2025, BSPHCL stated that the test had 100 questions, lasted 90 minutes and had no negative marking. These are details of that 2025 exam, not a general rule for future BSPHCL recruitment tests.

  • Bring the new admit card and both an original photo identification document and a photocopy.
  • Arrive by the reporting time printed on the card. The notice said entry would not be allowed after the gate-closure time.
  • Use the exam date and centre printed on your own card as the controlling details.

BSPHCL’s July notice explicitly said that only the newly issued admit card showing the exam date as 23 July 2025 was valid for that examination. BSPHCL official notice.

Do not confuse internal recruitment with these external-post updates

BSPHCL’s internal recruitment portal labels an internal recruitment form as Employment Notice No. 06/2024 and gives an application window of 1–15 November 2024. That is a separate internal process, not a substitute for the external post-specific admit-card notices described above. BSPHCL internal recruitment portal.
