Guardz announced a $56 million Series B on June 9, 2025, led by ClearSky, to expand its cybersecurity business serving managed service providers (MSPs) and the small and midsize businesses (SMBs) they protect. The company said the round brought its reported total funding to $84 million as of that date.
Who led Guardz’s Series B?
ClearSky led the round. New investor Phoenix Financial and existing investors Glilot Capital Partners, SentinelOne, Hanaco Ventures, iAngels, GKFF Ventures, Lumir, and others also participated, according to Guardz’s June 9, 2025 announcement. Guardz said the financing brought total funding to $84 million at that point; that is the cumulative figure reported with the Series B, not a statement of the company’s current funding total.
What does Guardz do?
Guardz describes its unified cybersecurity platform as purpose-built for MSPs, businesses that manage technology and security services for other organizations. Its target customers are MSPs serving SMBs. The 2025 announcement says the platform covers identities, email, endpoints, cloud, and data, and integrates with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Guardz says its 24/7 managed detection and response (MDR) pairs AI-automated detection and response with human-led threat hunting. The company also describes integrations that monitor behavior and activity, identify suspicious patterns, and can suspend accounts. These are Guardz’s descriptions of its product capabilities, not independently verified measures of security effectiveness.

How does Guardz plan to use the funding?
Guardz said it intended to use the capital to expand its US go-to-market efforts, grow research and development, and develop its next-generation cybersecurity platform, including 24/7 detection and response capabilities. Those were plans announced with the financing; the release does not establish that the initiatives were completed.
Company CEO and co-founder Dor Eisner said the funding would advance Guardz’s goal of bringing enterprise-level cybersecurity to SMBs and giving MSPs unified security controls and automated detection and response. ClearSky Managing Partner Alex Weiss said the company addressed an underserved market need.
What has Guardz reported since the financing?
In a company announcement dated January 29, 2026, Guardz reported 300% year-over-year ARR growth in 2025 and said it had surpassed 100 employees that year. These are company-reported milestones; the announcement does not independently verify the growth figure or explain its baseline. Guardz’s company timeline also lists a 2024 strategic partnership with SentinelOne, a 2025 Ultimate Plan combining SentinelOne EDR with the platform and Guardz 24/7 MDR, and the release of its ITDR product in 2025.

The round signals that Guardz planned to invest in US expansion and product development. It does not, on its own, show how the platform performs in a customer environment or establish its current pricing, contract terms, or comparative value against alternatives. MSPs assessing security platforms would need to examine coverage, integrations, endpoint technology, multi-tenant workflows, response staffing, and commercial terms directly.
