Write a compact bio that gives fans context
Use the bio to identify the artist and point to the most relevant current music or tour information, rather than trying to list every role. Orphiq reports a 150-character bio limit; because that figure is not confirmed here by an Instagram Help Center source, verify the current limit in the app if every character matters. A practical format is an artist or genre identifier followed by one brief current pointer.
Where should I put the ticket link?
Put the current tour or ticket destination among the profile links and make it the first, easiest-to-find action while tickets or dates are the priority. Orphiq describes separately managed profile links that can be reordered, and reports up to five links. Treat that count as a reported limit, not a universal guarantee: check what your account currently allows.

Test the link from the profile view, not just from the editing screen. Confirm that it opens the intended dates, region, and ticket information. Reorder or replace it when the on-sale window, tour schedule, or campaign changes.

Make public contact information intentional
Orphiq says professional profiles can display directions, phone, and email, and that people who tap Contact can see the information shown there. Use a booking or management address rather than a personal one, and display contact details only if you intend them to be public.
Review pinned posts and profile music
Consider pinning a current tour announcement or release so it is prominent when fans visit. Orphiq reports that an account can pin up to three posts; confirm the current control and limit in Instagram before relying on them. If profile music is available and suits the campaign, choose a track that is still relevant. Availability and controls can vary, so check them in the app.
