If your Chase Sapphire Reserve DoorDash promotion is missing, first confirm that you activated DashPass with your eligible Reserve card, then select that same card directly in DoorDash at checkout. As of DoorDash’s October 1, 2026 benefit overview, personal Reserve cardmembers receive a $15 monthly general DoorDash promo and two $10 monthly non-restaurant promos—not the former $5 restaurant promo. Check which Reserve promotion should appear
DoorDash’s benefit overview dated October 1, 2026 describes a $15 monthly general promotion for personal Chase Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve members, replacing the previous $5 restaurant promotion. It also lists two $10 monthly promos for non-restaurant orders; only one $10 promo can be used on a single order. Fix the missing promotion step by step
- Confirm the right account and benefit. The offer is tied to the eligible Chase card and its enrolled DashPass membership. DoorDash says the program applies to US customers activating DashPass with an account created in the US. Check the DoorDash account where you activated the benefit.
- Add and select the Chase card directly. In DoorDash, make sure the eligible Reserve card is saved in your wallet and selected as the payment method for the order. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other third-party wallet payments do not qualify for this program. DoorDash Chase DashPass FAQ
- Look for the offer in the promotion wallet and at checkout. DoorDash says the highest-value eligible promotion may appear first; after it is used, the next eligible offer appears. You may not see every offer at once, and the discount is claimed at checkout rather than issued as a statement credit.
- Refresh the stored card details and app session. Go to Me > Settings > Payment. Re-enter the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP, or delete and re-add the Chase card; set it as the default payment method. Update the DoorDash app, sign out, and sign back in. - Check that DashPass is active. A Chase promotion requires an active eligible Chase DashPass. DoorDash says activating Chase DashPass replaces an existing paid or general DashPass membership. An account can have only one DashPass membership and one associated promo set at a time; people using business and consumer Chase cards for separate benefits may need separate DoorDash accounts.

Separate the monthly promotion from DashPass fee savings
The monthly promo and DashPass delivery-fee benefits have different eligibility checks. Fee savings require a participating merchant and any minimum subtotal shown in DoorDash; fees, taxes, and gratuity may still apply. A merchant or subtotal that does not qualify for fee benefits does not, by itself, explain whether the monthly promotion is available. When to escalate
If you have the US DoorDash account associated with your Chase DashPass, are using the eligible Reserve card directly, and have refreshed the payment details and app session, contact DoorDash Support through the app or at 855-431-0459. Explain which offer is missing and that you have checked the card and DashPass enrollment. DoorDash’s published instructions direct customers with a missing promotional offer to its support team; they do not promise a manual credit.
