The Indian Express and India Today reported that SBI released the preliminary call letter on 14 September 2025. SBI’s recruitment page confirms the relevant Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) recruitment and says its preliminary examination was held in September; the exact release day comes from contemporaneous news reports, rather than that official page.
The recruitment advertisement, CRPD/CR/2025-26/06, was dated 6 August 2025. It tentatively scheduled the preliminary exam for September. News reports listed the exam dates as 20, 21 and 27 September 2025; those are historical dates, not upcoming exam sessions.

The 2025 call letter was a cycle-specific document. Do not treat an old login page or link as a live service. How candidates downloaded the 2025 call letter
SBI’s 2025 advertisement instructed candidates to download the preliminary call letter and the “Acquaint yourself booklet” from the bank’s website. Candidates used their registration number and password or date of birth. The notice said the documents would be available tentatively from 10 days before the examination and that SBI would not send a hard copy by post. This describes the 2025 process, not access to a current call letter.
The Indian Express advised candidates to download and print the call letter. Check the individual call letter and booklet for the applicable instructions; the advertisement passage establishing the download and no-postal-copy requirement does not itself specify printing.

What candidates were told to bring to the exam
The 2025 advertisement required an original photo identity document and a self-attested photocopy. Its examples included a passport, Aadhaar, PAN card, driving licence, voter’s card, or a bank passbook with a duly attested photograph. It also instructed candidates to bring two additional photographs matching the image on the call letter.
The notice said to retain the prelims call letter after authentication at the exam centre, along with an authenticated copy of the identity document, because candidates called for the mains would need those materials. The individual call letter and acquaintance booklet contain the full instructions for that recruitment; later cycles may have different requirements.
