It brought back three pecan drinks alongside returning pumpkin favorites and added new pumpkin, banana-bread-inspired, and chai beverages. The current featured menu lists an Apple Crumble Mini Pie, but no Apple Crisp drink; that absence does not establish that the drink has been permanently discontinued.
When did Starbucks’s 2026 fall menu start?
Starbucks announced its U.S. fall menu on August 24, 2026, and said the season would begin August 25. August 26 was the announced start date for the company’s 2025 menu, not the 2026 U.S. launch. Starbucks has not established that August 26 refers to a different 2026 market in the information available here.
The company said August 25 was “the strongest fall launch day across the U.S. and Canada in Starbucks history.” That is Starbucks’s characterization of the day, not a published numerical sales result.
What drinks are on the fall menu?
The August 25 lineup combines returning drinks with new seasonal options. Starbucks’s announcements provide names and descriptions, but not a complete price or nutrition comparison.

Other new drinks

What was added later?
Starbucks announced on August 31 that the Aerocano and three Mini Pies would join the menu on September 29. That later addition is separate from the August 25 launch.
- Aerocano: Blonde Espresso whipped with air for a light foam and cascading visual effect, according to Starbucks.
- Apple Crumble Mini Pie
- Pecan Mini Pie
- Pumpkin Mini Pie
Is Starbucks bringing back the Apple Crisp drink this fall?
The current Starbucks featured fall menu lists no Apple Crisp beverage. It does list an Apple Crumble Mini Pie, which is a food item—not a drink. Starbucks did offer a beverage called Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Chai in its 2024 fall lineup, but that earlier appearance does not show that it is returning in 2026.

The evidence establishes only that Apple Crisp is absent from the current listed fall menu. It does not establish that Starbucks has permanently discontinued the drink or explain why it is missing. Seasonal menus and store-level availability can change, so check the menu at your location for current offerings and prices.
