InEvo Re says it has completed two reinsurance transactions with two new UK insurance clients, announced on 1 October 2026. The announcement does not name the insurers or disclose the size, liability type or structure of either deal, so it establishes new client relationships but not their financial scale or specific risk terms.

What InEvo Re announced

InEvo Re’s 1 October 2026 announcement says it completed two reinsurance transactions with two new UK insurance clients. The company presented the deals as evidence of its position in the UK funded reinsurance market. That is InEvo Re’s characterization; the announcement does not provide a market-share measure or other independent evidence for the claim.

Reinsurance News reported the announcement on 2 October 2026 and described InEvo Re as a Bermuda Class E life and annuity reinsurer. Its coverage likewise reports two transactions and highlights the company’s focus on tailored solutions.

What is—and is not—public about the deals

The announcement confirms the number of transactions and new clients, but leaves out the information needed to assess their size or detailed risk allocation.

  • Disclosed: two completed transactions involving two new UK insurance clients.
  • Not disclosed in the reviewed announcement or trade coverage: client names, transaction values, premiums, liability volumes, duration, collateral amounts, and the precise structure of either deal.

Without those terms, the transactions cannot be reliably compared by size or risk transferred. The announcement also does not identify the liabilities as pension risk transfer business, or establish that the deals used any particular structure.

What InEvo Re says about the transactions

InEvo Re Chief Underwriting Officer Alex Brogden said the deals were designed around each client’s capital and risk objectives: “These two transactions mark an important expansion of our client base. Each deal was structured to meet the client’s specific capital and risk objectives — that is where we add the most value.” Reinsurance News reported his statement on 2 October 2026. Brogden also said the company looked forward to supporting the clients and expanding its global client base.

How the deals fit InEvo Re’s business

InEvo Re describes itself as a reinsurer serving global life insurers with asset-intensive liabilities. Its service information distinguishes between in-force reinsurance, which covers existing retirement and pension liability blocks, and flow reinsurance, which covers new business as it is written. The company also describes collateral approaches that may include ring-fencing, automatic novation mechanics and transparent reporting. These are descriptions of its broader approach, not confirmed features of the two newly announced transactions.

Earlier UK transaction: useful context, not a template

On 31 March 2025, Macquarie Asset Management announced InEvo Re’s first transaction with a UK insurer. That deal covered pension risk transfer liabilities, including pensions in payment and deferred pensioners, according to Macquarie’s announcement. It gives a documented example of InEvo Re’s earlier UK activity, but the 2026 announcement does not say that its two new transactions involve pension risk transfer or share the earlier deal’s structure.

InEvo Re’s service page also reports that Macquarie Asset Management had more than US$150 billion in insurance assets under management as at 31 December 2025. That is a company-reported figure for Macquarie’s insurance assets, not a measure of InEvo Re’s assets or the size of the 2026 transactions.
