Marsh Risk appointed Linda Jones its U.S. Healthcare Industry Practice Leader, effective immediately in September 2026. She leads the practice’s healthcare strategy and client engagement, succeeding Gisele “Gigi” Norris, who is shifting her focus to Marsh’s Global Commercial Industry Leader role.

Jones leads Marsh Risk’s U.S. healthcare industry practice, with responsibility for healthcare strategy and client engagement. She is based in Washington, D.C., and reports to Darren Cromwell, Industry Practice Group Leader for Marsh Risk in the U.S. and Canada.
The appointment took effect immediately in September 2026. The reported calendar date varies: Insurance Journal gives September 16, while Reinsurance News reported September 15. Risk & Insurance describes the change as effective immediately without specifying a date.
Jones’s Marsh career and healthcare experience
Jones joined Marsh in 2018 and most recently served as the company’s U.S. Healthcare Growth & Innovation Leader. Risk & Insurance and Insurance Journal each describe her as having 40 years of experience advising health systems, hospitals, managed care organizations and other provider groups on risk management strategies.

Cromwell’s LinkedIn announcement instead describes Jones as having “more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and insurance.” The statements describe related but differently framed experience, so neither figure should be treated as a universally stated total.
