Homeward announced $120 million in Series D equity financing and $330 million in asset-backed debt facilities on October 1, 2026. Saluda Grade led the equity round. The company says the funding will support its home-buying and selling services and broader growth, but it has not disclosed a company valuation, the debt providers, or an allocation of proceeds.
How much did Homeward raise, and who led the round?
The financing has two distinct parts: $120 million in Series D equity and $330 million in asset-backed debt facilities. The $330 million is debt financing, not additional equity raised in the Series D. Saluda Grade led the equity investment.
Homeward’s announcement lists Continental General Insurance Company, Citi Ventures, Magnetar, Harmony Partners, Norwest, Adams Street Partners, LiveOak Ventures, Parker89, Era Ventures and Javelin Venture Partners among the other equity participants, followed by “and others.” The company did not disclose the debt facility providers, facility terms, valuation, equity dilution or a breakdown of how proceeds will be allocated. Homeward’s October 1 announcement provides the funding details.
What does Homeward plan to do with the financing?
Homeward says it plans to expand its cash offer and bridge financing services, improve the technology behind its integrated home-buying and selling platform, and accelerate geographic growth across the 48 contiguous states. It says the asset-backed debt facilities will fund more home transactions. These are the company’s stated plans; the announcement does not establish that expansion has already happened or specify how much capital will go to each purpose.
