Netskope announced on February 5, 2024, that Raphaël Bousquet would become Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, succeeding retiring sales leader Chris Andrews. Bousquet later became Netskope’s Chief Revenue Officer in November 2024, according to the company’s 2025 SEC filing.
Who is Raphaël Bousquet?
Bousquet joined Netskope in 2021 as Senior Vice President for EMEA and LATAM. Before that, he was Vice President for EMEA South, Israel and Alps at Palo Alto Networks and held international management roles at Cisco. Netskope described him as a networking and security industry veteran with decades of experience leading technology sales teams. Netskope said his territory revenue at Palo Alto Networks grew by more than 600% over five years; that figure is the company’s account of his earlier performance.
What changed in the 2024 promotion?
On February 5, 2024, Bousquet took over responsibility for Netskope’s worldwide sales and channel strategy from Chris Andrews, who was retiring after about a decade at the company. Netskope credited Andrews’ tenure with helping it earn more than 30 Fortune 100 customers and develop partnerships with organizations including BT, Deloitte, Orange, Telefónica, Telstra, Wipro, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, Okta, Mimecast and CrowdStrike.
Why did Netskope promote Bousquet?
Netskope pointed to Bousquet’s industry experience, his prior leadership of large technology sales teams and his accomplishments since joining the company. Dave Peranich, Netskope’s President of Go-to-Market, said Bousquet was the unanimous choice of the executive team and board to lead sales and support the company’s next phase of growth.

The company operates across categories including cloud access security broker (CASB), secure web gateway (SWG), zero-trust network access (ZTNA), security service edge (SSE) and secure access service edge (SASE). Netskope describes its platform as using zero-trust principles and artificial intelligence and machine learning to protect data and defend against cyber threats.

The EVP of Worldwide Sales title describes his role from February to November 2024. Netskope’s 2025 SEC filing says Bousquet has served as Chief Revenue Officer since November 2024, and lists him as EVP, Worldwide Sales and Channel from February through November 2024. The later title indicates a broader revenue leadership role than the original appointment; it does not change who succeeded Andrews in 2024.
