A Proteção do CPF da Receita Federal permite impedir que seu CPF seja incluído futuramente no quadro societário de empresas e outras pessoas jurídicas. O serviço é gratuito e pode ser ativado pela Redesim com uma conta gov.br nível Bronze. É uma barreira preventiva contra esse tipo específico de fraude — não cancela vínculos antigos nem bloqueia a abertura de contas bancárias.
O que a Proteção do CPF faz
O serviço da Receita Federal permite marcar seu CPF como impedido para novas participações em CNPJ. Segundo a página oficial do serviço, o impedimento alcança qualificações como titular, sócio, representante e administrador, além de diferentes tipos jurídicos, incluindo MEI e Inova Simples. A Receita informa que ele vale nacionalmente nos órgãos registradores abrangidos, entre eles Juntas Comerciais, Cartórios de Registro de Pessoas Jurídicas e OAB.
Na prática, a proteção pode reduzir o risco de alguém usar seus dados para incluí-lo como sócio de uma empresa desconhecida, registrar um MEI ou atribuir a você função de administrador ou representante. Não torna o CPF inválido: restringe sua inclusão em novas participações empresariais.
O serviço foi anunciado pela Receita em 2024 como parte das funcionalidades do Portal de Negócios da Redesim. A descrição oficial informa atendimento imediato, embora atualizações em bases externas possam seguir rotinas próprias.

Guarde a tela de confirmação ou o comprovante, se o sistema disponibilizar um. A página oficial informa que o atendimento é imediato.

Consulte empresas ligadas ao seu CPF
Antes de ativar o impedimento, consulte as pessoas jurídicas em que seu CPF aparece. O próprio serviço da Receita oferece essa consulta e também direciona à consulta pública do CNPJ na Redesim. Verifique a razão social, o CNPJ e a qualificação atribuída a você. Se encontrar algo desconhecido, salve os dados e as telas: o bloqueio não apaga esse vínculo.

Se for abrir uma empresa, registrar-se como MEI ou entrar legitimamente em uma sociedade, volte ao mesmo serviço da Redesim e escolha Permitir Participação. A Receita exige conta gov.br Prata ou Ouro. Siga a declaração e informe o código de confirmação enviado à caixa postal do e-CAC, conforme indicado no serviço. Depois de concluir o procedimento empresarial, você pode voltar a impedir novas participações se quiser manter essa barreira preventiva.
O impedimento não remove vínculos anteriores
A Proteção do CPF vale para novas inscrições ou inclusões feitas depois da solicitação. Ela não encerra empresas nem altera automaticamente um quadro societário existente. Se já houver uma empresa em seu nome, será necessário tratar o registro por outra via.
O que fazer se encontrar uma empresa fraudulenta

Registre os detalhes. Salve a consulta, o CNPJ, a razão social, a data de abertura e a função associada ao seu CPF.

Ative o impedimento preventivo. Isso pode reduzir o risco de novas inclusões, mas não corrige a já existente.

Identifique o órgão registrador e conteste o vínculo junto à Junta Comercial, ao cartório ou a outro órgão responsável. O procedimento varia conforme o estado, o tipo jurídico e o registro; não há um único caminho que se aplique a todos os casos.

Registre boletim de ocorrência. O registro documenta a suspeita de uso indevido dos dados e pode ser útil na contestação.

Procure a Receita Federal se houver irregularidade cadastral relacionada ao CPF, seguindo a orientação da página Meu CPF. A Receita não substitui o órgão registrador na correção automática do quadro societário.

Confira também o sistema financeiro. O Meu BC oferece acesso ao Registrato, que permite consultar informações financeiras vinculadas ao cidadão, como contas e relacionamentos bancários.

O BC PROTEGE+, lançado pelo Banco Central em 1º de dezembro de 2025, trata de outro risco: determinadas aberturas ou inclusões em contas do sistema financeiro. As instituições participantes consultam a proteção antes dessas operações. Ela não substitui o impedimento da Receita para novas participações em CNPJ.

O Banco Central também disponibiliza um histórico de consultas, para verificar qual instituição consultou o CPF ou CNPJ e o motivo informado.
O que essas proteções não impedem

A Proteção do CPF não bloqueia todo uso fraudulento dos seus dados: seu escopo é a inclusão em novas participações de pessoas jurídicas.

Ela não impede, por si só, golpes por telefone, phishing, falsos boletos, empréstimos fraudulentos ou usos do CPF que não dependam de inclusão societária.
