There is no defensible, independently verified ranking of the ten cheapest SMM panels in 2024 in the available evidence. A current comparison index lists ten candidates with very low advertised starting prices, but those figures do not establish what the panels charged in 2024, whether the services were retained, or whether they delivered useful audiences. Treat the names below as a shortlist to investigate—not as endorsements or a promise that any panel is safe or good value.
An SMM panel is an online storefront for services such as followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, and Telegram members. The lowest listed cost per 1,000 is only a sticker price: drops, repeat orders, failed delivery, lost account credibility, and platform enforcement can make a seemingly cheap purchase costly. For most businesses seeking customers or creators building a durable audience, official advertising, creator partnerships, and content distribution are more defensible ways to spend.
What an SMM panel sells—and what it is not
SMM panels generally provide an order interface for social-media engagement and related services. Catalogs can include Instagram followers, likes, saves, views, story views, and comments; TikTok followers, views, likes, and shares; YouTube views, subscribers, likes, comments, or watch time; Facebook page likes; X/Twitter followers and reposts; Telegram members and post views; and Spotify plays or monthly listeners. Some also offer reseller APIs or white-label ordering. Comparison directories describe a market where panels may resell services sourced from another supplier, rather than provide a conventional advertising service themselves (SMMRates; Best SMM Compare).
- Official advertising buys placements through platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok for Business, or Google Ads.
- Influencer marketing pays a real creator to make or distribute content to an audience.
- Social-media management software supports tasks such as scheduling, analytics, publishing, and inbox management; it is not the same as buying engagement.
- Audience-growth work—content strategy, SEO, creative production, community management, and paid media—is intended to attract people who may actually watch, respond, or buy.
A large catalog does not demonstrate that the listed services are authentic, stable, targeted, or useful. Academic analysis of fake social-media engagement services describes a market built around purchasable engagement products, while comparison indexes expose catalog and price signals rather than independently verified performance (academic analysis of fake social-media engagement services; SMM Directory).

Ten panels to investigate—not a verified 2024 top ten
The following current index figures are discovery signals, not 2024 prices or independently tested results. SMMRates lists indexed service counts and advertised starting prices per 1,000; its figures do not establish the exact service SKU, minimum order, retention, refund terms, or whether an offer was available in 2024. The index does not show a starting price for Marketerum in the cited listing. A dash is avoided here because a missing displayed price is not the same as a price of zero.
| Panel | SMMRates indexed services | Advertised starting price per 1,000 | What the index signal can—and cannot—tell you |
|---|---|---|---|
| SMM Cost | 9,442 | $0.000 | Largest catalog in this listing; catalog size does not verify provider status or service quality. |
| Lion Follow | 7,976 | $0.001 | Broad listing and low displayed entry price; the index does not show which quality tier that price represents. |
| CasperSMM | 5,921 | $0.001 | Catalog breadth is visible; historical availability and service stability are not established by the listing. |
| BulkFollows | 5,861 | $0.002 | Low displayed floor; minimum deposit, API terms, and refund rules need direct verification. |
| DaoSMM | 5,765 | $0.001 | Low advertised entry price, without evidence that it remains low after drops or replacement orders. |
| Marketerum | 5,755 | Not stated (SMMRates listing) | Catalog count is listed, but the cited result provides no starting price. |
| Bayievi | 4,773 | $0.001 | Low displayed floor; company identity, payment protections, and support are not established by the index. |
| ApiSeller | 4,190 | $0.001 | Potential API/reseller research candidate; documentation, uptime, rate limits, and reseller terms require checking. |
| MoreThanPanel | 4,003 | $0.002 | Broad catalog and low advertised floor; provider status and account-safety claims are unverified here. |
| SMMGalaxy | 3,883 | $0.25 | Higher displayed starting point in this index; the price alone does not show that it buys better targeting, support, or retention. |
Source for counts and starting prices: the SMMRates comparison index. The figures are index-listed advertised rates, not independently confirmed transaction prices; the available evidence does not provide a dated 2024 price archive. Another index presents materially different offers for similar service categories, illustrating why directory listings should not be treated as a stable price schedule (Best SMM Compare).
These names should not be read as ten recommendations. The available evidence does not verify each panel’s 2024 existence, ownership, provider-versus-reseller position, support, refund policy, or retention. Before treating one as a 2024 pick, require dated records for its 2024 catalog and the exact service SKU being compared.
What “cheapest” means in practice
A cost per 1,000 can describe very different things. Use the right measure for the decision rather than comparing headline numbers as if every offer were interchangeable.

- Ideal for a bookworm
- Compact for travelling
- Lowest sticker price: the advertised cost per 1,000 units. It says nothing by itself about minimum order, delivery, or retention.
- Lowest effective cost: the total spent after failed orders, drops, replacements, refunds, and repeat purchases.
- Lowest acquisition cost: spend per genuine viewer, click, lead, customer, or subscriber. A purchased metric that produces no meaningful action does not meet this test.
- Lowest operational cost: the purchase price plus time spent on support, failed delivery, client management, account recovery, and reputational or compliance issues.
For example, a hypothetical listing at $0.001 per 1,000 views is not necessarily cheaper than one at $0.20 if the first produces no useful audience, disappears, or requires repeated orders. Those hypothetical figures illustrate the distinction; they are not a quoted panel comparison. Without comparable retention and delivery evidence, call the figure an advertised starting price, not a value verdict.
Index results show how much prices can vary across listings: one current comparison page surfaced sample starting rates of $0.002 per 1,000 Instagram followers, $0.003 per 1,000 TikTok views, $0.043 per 1,000 YouTube subscribers, and $0.004 per 1,000 Telegram members. These are index snapshots—not confirmed 2024 benchmarks, equivalent service tiers, or promises about quality. A different comparison index shows materially different offers for similar categories (SMMRates; Best SMM Compare).
Prices vary with platform, metric, geography, account characteristics, delivery speed, order minimum, refill terms, inventory, payment method, currency, and supply-chain markups. A comparison is meaningful only when the service details match.
How to judge a panel before spending
Use a documented comparison instead of accepting claims such as “real,” “active,” “organic,” “non-drop,” “safe,” or “instant” as proof. SMMRates describes a market in which services can pass through several resellers, each adding a markup; an intermediary may still offer useful support or ordering tools, but the supply chain can make the same underlying service appear at different prices (SMMRates; SMM Directory).

| Criterion | Weight | Evidence to check |
|---|---|---|
| Price transparency | 15% | Service-specific price, order minimums, limits, and conditions. |
| Effective cost | 15% | Documented refill limits, drops, failed-order handling, and repeat-purchase risk. |
| Service description | 10% | Specific information on geography, source, quality, retention, and delivery pattern. |
| Refund and replacement protection | 15% | Clear eligibility, time limits, exclusions, and a workable dispute process. |
| Support quality | 10% | Named contact routes, stated response expectations, and escalation options. |
| Relevant platform coverage | 10% | Useful services for the intended network rather than a large catalog for its own sake. |
| API or reseller capability | 10% | Documentation, order status, balance handling, errors, and reseller terms. |
| Account-security posture | 10% | No password requirement, sensible data handling, and no unnecessary account access. |
| Evidence quality | 5% | Dated records, independently checkable business information, and evidence beyond vendor-hosted testimonials. |
These weights are a comparison framework, not a score already awarded to the ten panels. Do not award credit merely because a vendor advertises instant delivery, “100% real” accounts, no drops, lifetime guarantees, round-the-clock support, or a high service count; each is a claim that needs substantiation.
Provider or reseller?
Ask who supplies the service and whether the panel says when an upstream provider may change. An upstream provider may offer lower prices or more control, while a reseller may offer a simpler interface or support; neither position guarantees quality. For agency use, check whether white-label resale is allowed, what happens to orders when an upstream service changes, and who handles refunds and client complaints. Label a panel a provider only when the evidence supports it.
What “real” or “targeted” should mean
Those labels are not useful without details: how accounts are sourced, whether people consented to the interaction, whether geographic targeting is available, whether delivery is incentivized, whether accounts have ordinary activity histories, and what retention or replacement is actually promised. Even a vendor’s explicit answer remains a vendor claim unless independently verified.
Which metric is being bought?
Followers, views, likes, and watch time are not interchangeable outcomes. A follower count can rise without meaningful interaction and make an account’s engagement pattern look unusual. Views may be less expensive than followers but do not demonstrate watch time, retention, comments, conversions, or returning viewers. A gradual delivery schedule does not make artificial activity authentic or compliant.

Platform rules and account risk
Artificial engagement can breach platform rules, regardless of whether a vendor describes its service as safe or organic. YouTube’s Fake Engagement Policy prohibits artificial increases in views, likes, comments, and subscribers and warns that violations may lead to content removal, strikes, or channel termination. It also says creators remain responsible for third-party promoters they hire.
YouTube separately says artificial inflation of views, subscribers, likes, watch time, or ad impressions can affect a channel’s status in the Partner Program (YouTube Channel Monetization Policies). Buying views or watch time is therefore not a sound or legitimate shortcut to monetization.
TikTok’s Integrity and Authenticity guidelines prohibit selling or marketing services intended to artificially increase engagement. TikTok says it may remove fake followers or likes and ban accounts involved in deceptive platform manipulation.
Metric removal, restricted reach, enforcement, damaged analytics, and reduced audience trust are material risks. For a brand, agency, or creator, these can outweigh a small advertised price. In regulated or reputation-sensitive marketing, purchased engagement is a particularly poor fit.

Who might consider a panel—and who should avoid one
Potentially relevant uses
- Agencies or resellers that need a centralized order interface and understand supplier, disclosure, and client risks.
- Buyers comparing wholesale catalogs or API mechanics rather than expecting authentic audience growth.
- Marketers considering a promotional service only after confirming it is permitted, non-deceptive, and appropriate for the platform and campaign.
Poor fits
- Businesses seeking qualified leads, sales, customer retention, or evidence of genuine demand.
- Creators relying on YouTube recommendations or monetization eligibility.
- Brands whose value depends on audience trust or credible engagement.
- Accounts with heightened compliance expectations, including financial, political, healthcare, or other sensitive marketing.
- Anyone unwilling to accept removed metrics, reputational damage, account enforcement, or the work of resolving a failed order.
If the objective is genuine reach or measurable customer acquisition, compare the panel’s offer with Meta advertising, TikTok advertising, Google and YouTube advertising, creator partnerships, and content distribution. They are different products, and no price comparison is meaningful without a separate, dated check of current rates.
Buyer checklist and what to do if an order fails
Before ordering
- Set the campaign objective and identify the exact platform and metric. If the objective is sales or qualified leads, a vanity metric is not a substitute.
- Record the panel’s exact SKU, price, unit, minimum and maximum order, and delivery estimate. Save the relevant page and terms.
- Read the cancellation, refill, replacement, and refund conditions, including deadlines and exclusions.
- Confirm whether the seller needs only a public post or profile URL. Do not provide account passwords, two-factor codes, recovery codes, or unnecessary access tokens.
- Check the platform’s current rules for the specific activity; a vendor’s assurance does not override platform policy.
- Use a payment method with buyer protections where available and permitted. Avoid leaving a large prepaid balance with a vendor you have not evaluated.
- If you proceed despite the risks, make the smallest practical test order and document the starting metrics and order details.
- Assess delivery, retention, audience quality, and meaningful engagement—not only the initial counter. Monitor through the vendor’s stated replacement or drop period.
- Stop if the service requests credentials, triggers suspicious activity, or is followed by a platform warning.
After a failed order
- Do not immediately buy the same service again. Preserve order IDs, timestamps, screenshots, and before-and-after metrics.
- Request a refill or refund under the written terms. Do not grant additional account access to let a vendor “repair” the order.
- If you shared sensitive credentials, change them; revoke API keys or tokens you supplied.
- If the vendor does not honor its written terms, contact the payment provider. Review the account for warnings, unusual logins, or removed metrics.
What the available evidence can establish about 2024
The available comparison listings provide current or recently surfaced catalog and advertised-price signals; they do not supply a complete, independently verified historical record of 2024 pricing or service performance. A dated 2024 ranking would require, for each panel, evidence that it operated during 2024 and an archived or dated catalog showing the exact SKU, price per 1,000, minimum order, delivery estimate, refill conditions, refund rules, and login requirements. It would also require evidence for support, payment methods, API terms, business identity, and complaints or non-delivery—not just a directory rank.
A 2026 comparison page cannot establish a 2024 price. The FiveBBC comparison article is an example of a current comparison result, not a historical price record. If you are checking a panel now, verify its live terms directly and use the date of the information you find; do not backdate today’s price or catalog to 2024.
