HireQuotient says its EasySource recruiting product earned a featured listing on the Paylocity Marketplace less than a month after going live. The company announced the placement on October 2, 2026; Paylocity’s marketplace confirms separate HireQuotient listings, but the retrieved official listings do not independently verify the featured status or timing.

What HireQuotient announced

In an October 2, 2026 announcement distributed by GlobeNewswire, HireQuotient described EasySource as its flagship AI sourcing agent and said it was featured on the Paylocity Marketplace just under a month after going live. The company characterized the placement as a marketplace milestone and positioned EasySource for mid-market and frontline hiring. Read HireQuotient’s announcement.

The announcement does not state EasySource’s exact go-live date, so the elapsed time cannot be independently calculated. Paylocity’s marketplace pages confirm HireQuotient integrations are listed, but the reviewed pages do not confirm a featured badge. HireQuotient also said EasySource was among “the 8 AI softwares featured on Paylocity”; that count and wording are the company’s, rather than a count independently checked against a dated marketplace snapshot.

What the Paylocity listings do

Paylocity lists two distinct HireQuotient integrations. Their described functions differ, so buyers should confirm which listing and configuration apply to their organization.

Listing Workflow described by Paylocity
HireQuotient Assessments Launch assessments from Paylocity, automatically sync candidate and job information to HireQuotient, and return completed scores and assessment reports to Paylocity.
HireQuotient ATS Push candidate and new-hire data into Paylocity after a hiring decision, using configurable field mappings.

These listings describe different data flows. The Assessments listing concerns assessment launch and results; the ATS listing concerns transferring candidate and new-hire information after a decision. The pages do not establish that the two integrations are bundled or enabled together.

What EasySource is described to do

HireQuotient describes EasySource as candidate sourcing software that finds people in active and hidden talent pools, screens applicants against role criteria, drafts personalized outreach, and can rediscover candidates in internal talent pools. These are vendor-described capabilities, not independent evidence of hiring outcomes. See HireQuotient’s EasySource product page.

A separate HireQuotient announcement dated July 20, 2026 said its Paylocity integration was live. It described identifying talent pools, screening for role-specific credentials and licenses, and personalizing outreach by phone and email. The release named manufacturing, building services, construction, healthcare, and insurance as target industries. Read the July announcement.

What the announcement does—and does not—establish

The October news is evidence of HireQuotient’s claim about marketplace placement, not evidence that the listing drove adoption, improved hiring results, or generated savings. The July release reported “70% faster time-to-hire” and estimated $100,000 in annual savings for mid-market companies with 500 to 1,000 employees. Those are company-reported figures, not independently validated by the available marketplace information.

For a prospective customer, the practical next step is to verify the specific integration, what information moves in each direction, and the setup required with HireQuotient and Paylocity. A marketplace listing alone does not establish that sourcing, assessments, and post-hire data transfer are all part of one workflow.
