AttackIQ also said it signed the Institute’s Cyber Inclusion Pledge. The announcement describes an intended education partnership, not confirmed course delivery or learner outcomes.
What did AttackIQ announce?
AttackIQ said it would make its Academy courses available to students served by the Cyber Poverty Line Institute. The company framed the partnership as a way to address unequal access to cybersecurity knowledge and capabilities. It also said Academy is free, but the announcement did not specify how students would enroll or what eligibility rules would apply.
The Institute’s homepage describes its goal as building a global cyber enablement platform and empowering individuals, organizations and societies with knowledge and tools for digital equality and cyber inclusion.
What learning did the announcement describe?
AttackIQ characterized Academy’s courses as practitioner-taught and said they were intended to give students realistic, hands-on experience building a threat-informed defense. That is the company’s description of the planned learning experience; the announcement reported no independent evaluation, student participation figures, completion rates or measured cybersecurity impact.

The release did not name specific courses, languages, training hours, credentials or lab requirements. It therefore does not establish exactly what a student would study or what access and enrollment would involve.
What is the Cyber Inclusion Pledge?
AttackIQ said it signed the Institute’s Cyber Inclusion Pledge as part of the partnership. The announcement presents the pledge as a commitment related to cyber inclusion; it does not provide specific implementation measures or report results tied to the pledge.

No. The announcement documents the commitment as of May 6, 2024, but does not establish current partnership status, ongoing course availability or whether students have since taken the courses. Institute Chair Ramy Houssaini called the partnership “the first step in a long-term collaboration with AttackIQ” in the release. That statement conveys the expectation at announcement time, not evidence that the collaboration continued.
