What the reported $300 Apple Card promotion required
The promotion was reported on March 26, 2025 by 9to5Mac. It was delivered to selected people by email, reportedly with the subject line “Your $300 new Apple Card offer is waiting. Until 3/31.” The offer was not presented as a bonus available to every applicant.

Mathematically, $300 on $1,500 of qualifying purchases equals 20% of the required spend. That was a one-time promotional incentive, not Apple Card’s ordinary Daily Cash rate.
How to check whether you have a current Apple Card offer
Apple’s current support guidance says personalized offers appear in the Wallet app. On a compatible iPhone or iPad:

- Open Wallet.
- Tap Apple Card.
- Tap the More button.
- Tap Rewards & Offers.
- Read the complete terms for any offer shown there.
Use the offer displayed in Wallet or in your own invitation as the controlling document. A later promotion may have a different deadline, spending threshold, qualification window, application link or eligible-account definition. Apple’s instructions are available at Apple Support.
What was not established about qualifying purchases
The contemporaneous report did not publish a complete, official list of eligible and excluded transactions. Do not assume that every charge counts. Check the terms attached to your invitation for treatment of returns, refunds, reversed transactions, cash advances, balance transfers, fees, interest, person-to-person payments and other exclusions. Spending made before the account was opened should not be assumed to qualify.

Also verify whether the offer required using a particular application link and whether purchases by authorized users or Apple Card Family participants are included. If the original disclosure is unavailable, the $1,500 and 60-day details should be treated as the reported terms of that historical offer, not a universal Apple Card rule.

- Confirm that the account was opened through the required promotional path.
- Check that the 60-day period has ended and that qualifying transactions have posted.
- Review refunds, returns or canceled charges that could reduce qualifying spend.
- Contact Apple Card support through Wallet or ask for an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs.
An Apple Community discussion documents a user reporting a missing $300 credit and advice to contact an Apple Card Specialist; it is community guidance, not an official statement that every claim will be approved. How the promotion differed from normal Apple Card rewards
Apple describes Daily Cash as cash back from ordinary purchases. Its current product information lists:

Daily Cash may be directed to Apple Cash, Apple Card Savings or a credit toward the Apple Card balance, subject to Apple’s current setup and eligibility rules.

Apple Card is subject to credit approval, is available to qualifying applicants in the United States and is issued by Goldman Sachs Bank USA. Apple Card features require adding the card to Wallet on a supported iPhone or iPad. It is not an internationally available card, and it is a poor fit for someone who does not use Apple devices or Apple Pay.

A reasonable fit for the historical offer
- You personally received the targeted invitation.
- You already expected to make at least $1,500 of eligible purchases in 60 days.
- You could pay the statement balance in full.
- You value cash back and regularly use Apple Pay.
A poor fit
- You did not receive the offer or cannot verify it in Wallet.
- You would need to buy things solely to reach the threshold.
- You normally carry a credit-card balance.
- You want travel rewards, broad non-Apple benefits or a card usable without Apple devices.
- You live outside the United States.
Do not borrow to manufacture a bonus
A $300 bonus is valuable only if the spending was planned and the balance can be repaid without harmful interest or late fees. Apple’s payment tools can show payment suggestions and interest consequences, but those features do not remove the cost of carrying debt. Apple discusses this approach at Apple Card Financial Health.
The historical promotion should therefore be treated as an opportunity for people who already had the spending and could pay in full—not as a reason to change a budget or take on debt.
Bottom line on the “now available” headline
The reported $300 Apple Card offer was real, targeted and time-limited. Its application deadline was March 31, 2025, so it should not be presented as an active offer in 2026. If you are considering Apple Card today, rely on a dated email or the exact offer shown under Wallet → Apple Card → More → Rewards & Offers, and follow those terms rather than an old article.
