These are historical Prime Day 2026 prices, not current offers. Amazon’s US event ran from June 23 through June 26, 2026, and the prices below were reported on the event’s opening day. The selection was filtered through products that The Verge staff had recommended, reviewed, or discussed favorably—not a new, standardized test of every product.
Use this as an archival buying guide: verify the live price, seller, configuration, warranty, and any subscription or coupon requirement before purchasing. A discount from list price is not proof that an item reached its all-time low.

Best practical accessories
Logitech MX Master 3S — best for productivity
The MX Master 3S is aimed at office work, spreadsheets, creative applications, and people switching between computers. The sculpted shape, quiet feel, prominent scroll wheel, and thumb wheel are its main attractions. The historical deal was $89.99, compared with $119.99, at Amazon and Best Buy.
It is not designed for competitive gaming. The source also noted that some setups may experience latency and could benefit from an inexpensive USB extender. See Logitech for current specifications and support.
Tile Slim, 2024 — best flat tracker
At about $23.99 versus $29.99, the card-shaped Tile Slim was a practical choice for wallets, luggage, and other flat items. Before buying, check current phone compatibility, battery or replacement expectations, crowd-location limitations, and which features require a Life360 or Tile subscription. Start with Life360’s current documentation.

NOCO Boost GB40 — best emergency gadget
The GB40 was listed at $79.99, down from $99.95. It combines a portable jump starter, integrated cables, flashlight, and USB charging, making it useful when another vehicle is unavailable.
Do not assume it works for every gasoline or diesel vehicle. Check the supported engine sizes, charging connector, storage requirements, charging intervals, and safety instructions at NOCO. A jump starter should be maintained and stored according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Baseus AM52 — useful, but code-dependent
The AM52 was $42.99 with the code THEVERGECODE, compared with $79.99. The source praised its wireless-charging performance and built-in cable, while noting that it lacks a charge-status display.
That price should not be treated as live unless the code still works. Confirm the exact battery capacity, wireless standard, wired output, cable type, and device compatibility on Baseus before checkout.

Best audio deals
Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 4 — best cheap speaker
The Wonderboom 4 was one of the clearest low-cost picks at $41.99 versus $79.99. It is compact, portable, waterproof, and floats, making it a sensible speaker for pools, patios, travel, or a car bag.
The trade-off is capability: a larger Megaboom sounds better, while more expensive speakers may offer richer sound, stereo separation, or smarter connectivity. See Ultimate Ears for current model details.
Nothing Ear (a) — best inexpensive earbuds
Depending on color, Nothing Ear (a) was approximately $53.20 to $56, down from $99. Features included active noise cancellation, multipoint Bluetooth, a low-latency gaming mode, a compact case, and IP54 dust and water resistance.
IP54 does not mean the earbuds are waterproof or suitable for swimming. Check current battery, microphone, codec, and ANC specifications at Nothing.

The Sonos Five fell to $449 from $599. It is a high-end option for buyers who want strong sound, supported music-service integration, and multiroom features within the Sonos ecosystem. The original reviewer’s comparisons with other speakers are subjective, not universal measurements.
At this price and size, it is excessive for someone who only needs a compact smart speaker or conventional bookshelf speakers. Check the current model and ecosystem requirements at Sonos.
Fractal Scape — premium-looking gaming headset
The Fractal Scape was listed at $169.99, down from $199.99 at Amazon and B&H. The source highlighted its design, fit and finish, subtle lighting, and volume control. It suits buyers who want a headset that can look at home in an office or media setup.
It is a first-generation audio product from Fractal, so avoid assuming long-term durability, microphone performance, wireless latency, or software support without current evidence. Check Fractal Design and the retailer listing carefully.

Roborock Q10 S5 Plus — best for open-plan homes
The Q10 S5 Plus was listed at $264.99 versus $549.99. The source praised its navigation, obstacle detection, carpet detection, and 8mm mop lift.
Its key practical limitation is size. Measure the robot and dock against doorways, furniture gaps, and the intended charging location before buying. It is a poor fit for cluttered or narrow homes. Also budget for replacement bags, filters, brushes, and mopping supplies. See Roborock for dimensions and current specifications.
Kindle Paperwhite, 12th generation — best e-reader deal
The ad-supported Kindle Paperwhite was $124.99 at Amazon and $134.99 at Best Buy, compared with a stated $159.99. Its 7-inch, 300ppi display, IPX8 water resistance, and adjustable warm frontlight make it a strong choice for Amazon ebook buyers.
The listed price includes lock-screen ads. Compare it with the Signature Edition if you want wireless charging and additional storage, and verify the current ad-removal price at Amazon Kindle.

The cited configuration used a 12th-generation Intel processor, 8GB of RAM, and a basic 1080p display. The editorial description placed it around $400, while an ASUS listing showed $499.99 for a 256GB configuration. Those figures are not interchangeable.
The CX34 is suited to web apps, schoolwork, office tasks, and video calls—not demanding local software or serious gaming. Check the exact storage and processor configuration at ASUS.

Fitbit Ace LTE — cheap hardware with a recurring cost
The Ace LTE was the largest apparent discount: $59.95 versus $179.99. It is designed for children and combines activity-oriented games with GPS, calling, and messaging to approved contacts.
The low hardware price is potentially misleading. The source listed Ace Pass at $9.99 per month or $119.99 per year for headline features including location tracking, messaging, and Fitbit Arcade. Verify current age guidance, cellular coverage, activation, privacy controls, emergency features, and subscription terms at Fitbit or the Google Store.

Oura Ring 4 was listed at $226 versus $349. The Verge reviewer’s favorable assessment was based on long-term use across multiple Oura generations, emphasizing comfort, reliability, accuracy, and the overall experience.
Ring sizing matters, and wellness metrics are not medical diagnoses. The purchase price is also not necessarily the full cost: verify the current Oura membership price and which features remain available without membership at Oura.
Fun and niche picks
Kodak Mini Shot 3 Retro — instant camera and printer
The hybrid camera-printer was $131.99 at Amazon with eight sheets, or $129.99 at Walmart. It is aimed at parties, family events, scrapbooking, and people who want app-based frames, stickers, and filters.
Paper is the important ownership cost. Check print size, sheet availability, app compatibility, and the current media price at Kodak Photo Printer before treating the camera price as the complete purchase.
Corsair Scimitar RGB Elite — best for MMO shortcuts
The Scimitar RGB Elite was $49.99 versus $79.99 at Best Buy. Its movable 12-button thumb keypad is useful for MMORPG players and shortcut-heavy workflows.
For ordinary users, the layout is excessive and may be uncomfortable for smaller hands. Compare the current model and software requirements at Corsair.
LifeStraw Peak Series Straw — useful only when its limits are clear
The straw was listed at $17.76 versus $24.95. The source described two-stage filtration, including hollow-fiber filtration for specified contaminants and activated carbon for taste and odor.
Do not equate filtration with purification. Confirm the exact model’s claims before using it for water containing viruses, chemicals, saltwater, or other contaminants outside its specification. The source distinguishes a primary filter described as lasting up to 4,000 liters or 1,000 gallons from a shorter-lived cartridge described as lasting 100 liters or 25 gallons. Do not apply either figure to every LifeStraw product. See LifeStraw.
Before buying an archived deal
- Check whether the price is still live and record the date.
- Match the exact model, color, storage, and ad-supported or premium configuration.
- Confirm whether Prime, a clipped coupon, or a promotional code is required.
- Compare Amazon with Best Buy, Walmart, B&H, and the manufacturer.
- Check the seller, return policy, warranty, shipping time, and marketplace status.
- Calculate ownership costs: subscriptions, replacement filters, paper, vacuum consumables, ads, and accessories.
- Check physical and technical fit, including vehicle compatibility, phone ecosystem, home layout, and child-service coverage.
The clearest low-cost buys from the historical list were the Wonderboom 4, Nothing Ear (a), Tile Slim, NOCO Boost GB40, and Kindle Paperwhite. The highest-value purchases required more scrutiny: the Sonos Five, Oura Ring 4, and Roborock Q10 S5 Plus. The Fitbit Ace LTE made sense only for families comfortable paying for Ace Pass after the discounted hardware purchase.
