Four TikTok for Business case listings illustrate distinct approaches—from an autism-awareness carousel to an Outback coupon campaign linked to restaurant visits. Their reported results can inspire a strategy, but they are platform-published case figures, not independent proof that another brand will get the same outcome.
What these 2025 social media examples show
TikTok’s January 9, 2025 trend report calls one forecast “Brand Chem”: a community-led movement in which brands and users make transformative content together. The report’s framing is useful as a campaign idea, not a guarantee that every audience wants the same format. TikTok writes, “The old playbook of brands telling consumers what they need is over.”
TikTok reports that 39% of TikTok users find brands that showcase personality more relevant. Separately, it reports that 45% of social and video platform users feel brand relevance comes from feeling understood. These figures describe different populations and should not be read as industry-wide measurements.

How to adapt the patterns to your own campaign
Give the audience a role
Dove’s game-filter and challenge example shows a participation mechanic: the audience can do something with the campaign, not merely view it. For a small business or creator, make the requested action simple and specific—a response, a remix, a submitted image, or a short demonstration. Choose a format that fits the audience and the brand; participation counts alone do not establish business impact.
Connect social content to an action beyond the feed
Outback’s TikTok and out-of-home coupon approach links discovery to a visit. The transferable idea is to design a clear next step and a way to count it, such as a unique offer or trackable redemption. The case’s reported visits and coupon figures belong to that campaign; they are not a forecast for another business.

Make brand personality visible
TikTok’s forecast and reported relevance figures point to personality and feeling understood as potential creative considerations. Translate that into recognizable language, people, or recurring creative choices, then check whether your own audience responds. TikTok’s figures describe the populations named in its report, not a universal benchmark.
Match the metric to the objective
- Awareness: track reach or impressions, while distinguishing delivery from meaningful attention.
- Recall or association: use a defined brand-lift measure rather than treating views as a proxy.
- Participation: count unique participants as well as submissions, since one person may create multiple pieces.
- Action: connect a measurable outcome such as coupon redemption or visits to the campaign and state the attribution method.
- Search interest: define the search term, baseline, period, and measurement source before reporting a percentage change.
When publishing results, name the metric, time period, audience, source, and attribution method. That makes a campaign easier to assess without implying that correlation or a platform case-study result proves the same outcome elsewhere.

What this selection can—and cannot—tell you
These examples are all TikTok-focused, so they do not make a balanced cross-platform catalog or establish what will work on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other networks. TikTok’s case pages are marketing materials, and their reported outcomes are not presented here as independently audited findings. Use them to identify campaign mechanics and measurement questions, then judge performance against your own objective and audience.
