The headline’s “48% in 3 months” is a different kind of number. The quote page shows the high and low and their dates, but not the start and end prices of a three-month window. The exact dates and calculation method behind the 48% figure could not be confirmed, so treat it as the headline’s framing rather than a verified return. The same quote data also does not show where the shares sit against the high today, so check the live NSE page before relying on any price level.

For a company that carried bank debt, this removes a fixed claim on cash, removes the interest that came with it, and frees collateral. That is a real reduction in financing risk. It is not proof of durable cash generation. A company can be debt-free and still have thin margins, slow collections or a shrinking business. The debt milestone answers whether lenders have been paid; it leaves open whether the business can fund its own growth.
Fundraising and dilution
The company also raised equity capital, and that changes the per-share arithmetic.

Capital raised can strengthen the balance sheet, but every new share spreads the company’s profit across a larger base. As an illustration only, not a company figure: if profit stayed the same and the share count rose 10%, earnings per share would fall by about 9% (1 − 1/1.10 ≈ 9.1%). Profit has to grow faster than the share count for per-share earnings to rise. Warrants convert into shares later, so the number to watch is the post-conversion share count, which the sources do not yet give.

An Economic Times summary of the company’s Q1 FY2027 results (April to June 2026) reported profit up 37% and revenue up 21% year-on-year.
