To assess a reported decline, first confirm the exchange and session, whether the quote is live or a close, the prior close, percentage change, and trading volume. Then compare the timing of any dated company disclosure with the price move and check whether the broader Indian market or construction-equipment shares moved similarly. A coincident announcement alone does not prove causation.
Where to check company results and disclosures
ACE publishes quarterly results on its quarterly results page and regulatory announcements on its statutory disclosures page. These are primary places to look for dated company information; the presence of a filing does not by itself show that it caused a share-price move.
